I think the biggest achievement is getting this hairdryer to even climb to that altitude in the first place, with no autopilot. It just leaps around Bob Marley and the instructor starts distracting you with the same thing over and over. And this fog seems lighter than on later builds of the game. When I try this, you can barely see anything out the windows at all.

For people who have problems with incorrect instrument values and if they point in the wrong direction. Right-click with the mouse on the triangular CDI dial (Located on the right side of the Garmin screen, it is the third dial from the top) This should adjust the correct values and you can now fly according to the instruments. This is either a bug or the developers have not set the mission correctly ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The landscapes from the flight simulator as a basis for a ship simulation would be interesting. However, there is a lack of detailed work in the coastal area. The control of the ships would also have to be adjusted somewhat; it is not very realistic.

I don't understand this tutorial. Seems others have issues, too. - First off, trainer lady says "we're going to venture south and head towards Flagstaff." Flagstaff is North/NorthEast from Sedona. - She then says "First goal is to fly over center runway at 41 degrees to put us on a path to Flagstaff." Apparently, this is your small hint that the runway lines up with 41 degrees. She then proceeds to talk about not going Downwind but rather flying to center runway from end of Crosswind. I got mixed up and thought she was explaining goals in an odd order, but rather found she was just rolling into explaining the steps to reach that first goal. Wording was just confusing is all. - She briefly mentions the first goal is to fly over center runway at 41 degrees but doesn't explicitly say what flying over "center runway" actually means and that the run way lines up with 41 degrees. Especially since the flight path on the tutorial screen doesn't show lining up with the runway. The flight path shows heading to the runway from end of Crosswind. It doesn't show the path to fly over & with center line of runway to reach the desired 41 degree heading, only that you need to get to center runway from end of Crosswind. - Lastly, I can't do anything fast enough😆 This tutorial was more of a puzzle with an unrealistic expectation of doing things fast enough. They need to add more of the 'why' aspect of what you are about to do IMO.

When ever I try this challenge my engine goes down to 5% regardless of throttle position. it makes the challenge significantly more difficult!

I keep trying but just keep losing the highway. Don't think I'll ever be able to do it.

Very unrealistic as its more than twice as fast as a real launch would be + speed during launch would normally never get anywhere towards 180 but more like 120-130 Km/h and certainly above Never exceed speed for winch launch so the score is far off too. Sorry, +500 IRL of those starts here.

Wow it’s so slow. I get it is supposed to be realistic but at least have it where you can adjust the speed of time. In GTA VCS on PPSSPP you can speed up the gameplay to make things go way faster.

I have found the first few Flight Training modules to be very frustrating. She gives you an instruction and if you do not know how to do it there is NO recourse except to guess or start over from the beginning or you just sit there doing nothing. kind of ridiculous that there are no clues or help along the way.

On xbox it seems maintaining the 75 knots while climbing fast enough was extremely difficult. Every time I accomplished it she told me I wasn’t doing it fast enough. Several times I tried with a “C” grade. I finally said to hell with the 75 knot crap. Climbed as fast as I could for both turns and got to both altitudes quickly at around 60 knots. Oddly enough got the “A” grade with 8,152. Was pissed off, lol.

Yeeez, for some reason in Polish it says to do second 360 turn to the left. Ignoring it, and turning right passes the mission. I was struggling with this for like a 2 days.

How about the SEL button when pressed in for each of the selector 3 functions? Seems that cannot be mapped based on the current selected instrument. Were you able to figure something?

I recently got this but mine was not operating as smooth as this. And I'm not sure how to deploy this cause when I do I spawn thousands of ft in the air...am I missing something?

I just finished the entire flight training course getting all A's.Your videos were a great source of guidance and tips without needing to say a word. How do you keep the green bar centered. Is there a trick or tip you can give to a stay with the green bar.?. I did get an A but I wanted to do it again..Its really tricky to catch it when it starts to move.Also how are you keeping the plane so wings level?..Do you have auto pilot on? I am on PC by the way.
