Worked pretty well, thanks for the technique. Theres still patching, sanding and painting so no matter what its a good amount of work, but this definitely kept the damage to the drywall to a minimum.

It would be nice if the json file had the video_progressed data to calculate actual time watched. Edit: Is there a way to get this information from google/youtube analytics, or some other way, to calculate actual time watched (past the provided 7 days)?

I find that a french press works just aswell if not better. Just pour in warm milk and less then 20-30 seconds you have 1st class frothed milk. Just block the pouring spout with a tea towel to stop milk from foaming out.

This would be a fantastic way to solve thee puzzle if you were both thinking the same way. But imagine for a moment that you hadn't explained your solution and instead had given us the board (post-coin flip) to look at in your video. Would you reasonably expect that anyone in the comments could guess your intentions with the message you've left before your explanation, and find the key?

love the video, so timely, just got the same pen with no cartridge. eyesight not good so didnt bother with a wrench. Has anyone ever found the refillable cartridges for this pen please? btw new set now costs over $200.

the only problem is that this assumes both prisoners are aware of this agreed upon communication method or encoding, but there's no way for prisoner one to convey the info to prisoner two so unless they had prep time for the puzzle to establish that it still seems impossible

I have one question that may seem too simple to even consider but for this riddle and your solution, it would be THE paramount piece of information to make this work. If the chess board is sitting in the middle of a table with no chair (or alone on the ground) how do you communicate the direction from which to view the board to the second prisoner?

Superb quality throughout, easy to assemble. I found the saw to be highly accurate and a delight to use (I am a homeowner using this saw for various projects). However, you have to be sure the saw is securely locking in position before collapsing the stand. I've had many of the brands over the years and have come to point where I only buy Bosch, the extra money is a small price to pay for the quality and ease of use. Treat yourself to the best.

Does this method still work if we operate under the original premise that 3blue1brown posed though with the "Warden" Being able to play defense by listening in to the strategy before he arranges the board? Couldn't he just make every Coin be heads or all of them be tails and it would throw off the encoding?

Once it is setup, you can easily pull the parts off and put them back on at will. It is not meant to stay assembled. If ALL you are using it for is cross cuts, you are missing out on 100 other functions of the MULTI function table, friend.

It will be easier and easier, each and every time you move it. You will become strong.

Truth is always in the eyes of the temporal observer. Although the fight for the truth can be a useful tool to understand the game/world/total object, you should just see everything as a means to get to a goal: what do you want to avoid, what do you want to be accomplished. The truth just "is", but the interpretation of its meaning reveals the goals of the actors. And the goals must be checked against morality, not the truth.

I find it unlikely that a pair of prisoners that are smart enough to figure this out aren't also smart enough to avoid going to jail.
