I don't ship them (dont ship anyone haha) but i think it's the closest thing to a "relationship" with Levi, the forest scene and when they say goodbye (don't want to give spoilers 😢) and this whole interactions says a lot. With Erwin, in my opinion, it is very clear that it is something out of admiration, respect and guidance for Levi due to his role as commander in the scouts, he views him as the only hope that humanity had, and there isn't even a single scene or dialogue that could indicate that there is something romantic happening.

I love the fact that Jet is being rude to Amy and Sonic stepped in to defend her, such a caring guy! Also even though Sonic is almost a goner when he died, Amy still has a bit of hope for him and asks Elise to watch over him. The later games like Sonic Lost World have Amy and Sonic have a proper conversation and Amy is slowly being more mature just like in Sonic Boom. I just wish Sonic doesn't run away from her, sure she's obsessive but she's not that bad. Also I love that these two are ice skating together!💙🩷

Even though Sonic gets annoyed with Amy's antics especially when she went inside of Twinkle Park and called her weird and a pain, Sonic wouldn't just leave her behind. He just went along with it and just followed her. This goes to show that Sonic does care about Amy even though her crush on him can be weird sometimes plus she should be upset that Sonic dived into Eggman knowing that she was there as well. I just wish Sonic and Tails don't leave her behind in Sonic Adventure 2 or that Amy's portrayal in Sonic Heroes isn't too obsessive.💙🩷
