"Sana Ka Ye Na" is the first collaboration between myself and LAYV. It was recorded at Labyrinth Studio in Bali while we were both there as resident artists in December 2023. We met there and instantly connected with music and as friends. This song came out of first jam session in the studio, playing around with some beats and his amazing instruments!
The song features the sound of a hand made Ngoni, a traditional African Instrument that LAYV has learned to make on his own. It features soft vocals of LAYV & J.Pool fusing together and floating over the sound of the Ngoni and African Rhythms.
The track has an ethereal, chill, and transcendental vibe that wil transport you to an epic sunset on the coast of Africa, dancing with the breeze and waves of the ocean.
