Someone has obviously screwed up your ECU...a simple re-flash from a dealer will fix this issue...Mitsu's are very reliable but like any newer car the electronics control everything...these things happen....as a word of advice....don't let anyone touch your new car while under warranty...ALWAYS take it to the Dealer...they know what to do...and they will make it right....and everything will be documented.

Are you able to run 4s on this motor without issues i believe it is a 45amp motor.. i have the mjx hyper go 14 that claims it is a 2s and 3s battery only but it has a 45amp motor as well so ive been wondering if it was possible to run a 4s battery on this properly

Whatever car you get is a crapshoot. Seek out the lemon law definitely. Especially if they cant find whats wrong. I did that years ago with a Hyundai and got all my money back.
