Oddly enough, a Cox apple refers to the Cox's Orange Pippin apple, which is a real apple. I'd never heard of it but apparently it's been around since 1830 and commercially since the 1850s. It was made in the UK so probably why Apple knows of it.

So for modern kilts its really how you feel you want to wear it. Its more so formal wear nowadays so underwear is mostly used as "protection" from wardrobe malfunctions. Apple is right, you would lift your kilts to show off your powerful package to frighten the wee little brittish lads haha

Actually with kilts I don't think there's a law in Ireland about it but in Scotland you cannot wear underwear if you are wearing a kilt it is a law there is a woman's rights law that says if women want to look underneath your kilt by alright they can regardless if they know you or not I can't remember why but it was a thing to do with olden times with the kilts and a lot of men dying in war but it's still around and you cannot deny if you deny a woman to look underneath your kilt if I remember correctly if she decides to take it to the police it's a fine and possible jail time for you it is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion but it just shows how different societies and ethnicities are around the world something that one group of people sees as indecent another group of people sees as everyday life the only reason I know of that law is because I used to watch a show that told you about ridiculous laws around the world like I believe there's a law in Arizona that it's obviously not enforce cuz it's just crazy as shit where you cannot sleep in your bathtub with socks on on a Tuesday and you can't wash your donkey in a bathtub and have it sleep in the house on a Thursday 😂😂😂😂

If I'm remembering correctly, worms can't drown, when rain hits the ground it causes vibrations the worms can feel and too them it's a dinner bell as there is more vegetation for them to munch on on the surface then there is underground, and since it is raining, they don't have to worry about having their mucus layer dried out by the sun which would kill them (think dried worms on the sidewalk). This is also why birds peck the ground. They are trying to mimic the vibrations of rain to lure out the worms.
