HORRIBLE CAMERA WORK AND EDITING. Get a professional please.
Was this filmed with a potato?
was this filmed on a potato?
have you come back to POWER PROBE work wise..iv had the hook for 10 years its best tool ever .i also have a maestero but its cheap build as apposed to the hook.
The whole time I’m trying to actually learn something new about this fancy tool all I can focus on is how much that motor is knocking🤣😭
That car sounds horrible
Old mate has a snap on toolbox more expensive than my car but doesn’t own impact sockets or even aware that they exist and why they exist 🤦🏻♂️
I have a KRA top box 26”. It’s gotta be at least 12 years old. I bought used and works great.. can’t wait to get a roller cab KRA for it to sit on..
Props to harbor freight/ icon for getting this one right for 1/3 of the price and impeccable customer service.
Icon is made in Taiwan by Kabo Tools; SnapOn in Tennessee. Sad that pride has nearly left this once self sustaining country. Money in a Taiwanese pocket and not your fellow countrymans.
I'm noticing the icon set is reversible while this set is not. Another thing is the icon has the black circle protruding from one side a little bit to push the head/handle a little bit away from a fastener. This could be good or bad I dunno
@@mrsluigi9478 yes yes 🙌 right on the money and the warranty is impeccable so good that the first set I used as breaker bars to break bolts 17mm to 19mm caliper brackets to ball joint bolts. This was my first ever harbor freight toll. But yea snap on has been really quite since this came out. Matco makes it but do I really need to wait 3 weeks to get it fix.
I wish the ratcheting black part extended out of the head a little. Mountain, EZRed, and Icon all do it, and its a life saver. If yall had it, that would be great.
They recently released a reversible version with that feature.
Do you guys sell those corner guards separate?
exellent video,i conexted my amp clamp, see a wave output ,but not know what it ment lol, know i do,if no wave ,then ecu not switch or bad wires ,plug, that bit i new,but to see a signal and know all of its parts, start to finish ,thats awesome, need watch few more lol, going to have a go tomorrow on dead transit,2.4 durotorq, crank no start, snapon modis ultra, got lot signals ,but fuel and pump live data 0 ,wish me luck, got forscan too,so use 2 scan tools at once
I bought one of these and it'd great! Up to 50 amps! When your battery dies over night, you can isolate which circuit did it.
Should anyone be wonderering, being at TDC does not mean all the valves are closed. On a typical 4 cyl engine at TDC, only the cylinder at TDC (firing) will have the valves closed.
Hello. I just bought this work station used from my dealer. It did not come with the shelf for the key board and mouse. He contacted snap on and they are having trouble finding it. Do you have a part number on it or can you take a couple picture of it out of the cart. Thank you for your time and any help you can pervid
Great video thanks
Thick and thirsty 😂
So do I best tool for any job obsolete from snap on tools
Thanks 👍
The unit really needs the ability to skip the battery and/or starter test, like if the vehicle is already running, would be nice to be able to JUST test the charging system.
Kevin your a bloody star weeks I’ve been trying to set it up followed your video and it’s spot on
What you come to our garage in Southend and run a training course I have a modis ultra and want to get into scoping . But I have no clue on what I’m doing and how to use it
Fantastic job
What did you record this with, a potato?
I would not let that mechanic use Lego
Warranty is junk. Defects only. Doesn't apply if you personally didn't purchase it off the truck.
Switch part missing in mine
The regulated power supply could use an on-board battery to handle AC Line in disruptions, flickers etc. They need to improve it to work as a UPS does for business electronics. Sure is enough space on the cart where a battery COULD go. Otherwise, this is quite a decent shop tool. Also, the cable storage is wonky..... that could use a redo in the next iteration. Every locksmith who does automotive programming needs one of these.
Junk!
Very clear explanation, useful and educational
Also a injector balance test works good
I’ll stick with the Wright wrench
Dont forget to test 2 times with piston all the way up.... in case the first test the engine is in exhaust and intake stroke... wouldnt be the first time this goes wrong. :)
Oh yeah make sure you buy our snap on towel it's only 150$
Wow this makes Snap-On look insincere corny, cheesy, and condescending in a scum bag used car salesmen sorta way. The way the narrator speaks to the dealer as if he is the devil whispering in his ear to deceive the customer. Snap-On has been a household name for decades. Anybody who has picked up a ratchet knows of Snap-Ons legendary quality, the craftsmanship of tools literally sell themselves. I can’t fathom how this video is/was presented to the dealers. I know it really does make them look bad in a indefensible manner.
Washing up is cheaper and faster.. hahahah then you can use aluminium oil to polish and protect the box hahaha £4 a year.
Ponzi scheme. You are NOT your own boss mate. Wake up.
Once i bought the 15&300 Atech , 4/2021. I started my tool collection over. Its was all Taiwan anyway. So i bought the Pittsburgh 301pc. . To be portable and efficient. Two blow molded cases To keep up with. Now im efficient and Didnt spend over a $1000 dollars.
Tuv is the way to go
I was going to buy a snap on socket set. good that I saw the video. I'd better buy a cheaper set from another brand.
good product
Dont see it working mate ?? Shite snap on
Dog shit
Didnt see any air bubbles !!! Snap on shite 😩
I have that same snap on bleeder ... useless
You don’t close the valve at all
The title should be how to be a drug dealer and keeping the addicts wanting more
Good tool but not worth the money
Test is incorrect. Tester should be connected to cylinder from the start.
wcjcnc. Is this because when he connected the tester to the engine he lost some air from gauge #1 during the connection (it dropped from 100 psi to 85 psi) which then makes the gauge #2 result (90% loss) slightly wrong? As I understand it, gauge #2 readings can only be taken at face value IF gauge #1 is set and maintained at 100 psi. If gauge #1 falls to a pressure lower than 100 psi then you need to reset it to 100 psi...or ignore and apply a set formula to calculate the leakdown figure. I'd guestimate that the true loss in this case is closer to say, 95%, but that's academic at this scale as anything over say, 40-45% usually spells money for repairs or replacement.
@@STiHigh1 Yea, if the first gauge is not at 100 PSI you can do some math and figure out what the exact percentage of leak down is but to make it really easy you want the first gauge at 100 PSI. You also want 100 PSI to really test the integrity of the cylinder. It’s odd that almost every video on CZcams about how to do this test is wrong. Everything should be connected from the start. Plugging the tester in after you pressurize it defeats what you’re trying to do.
@@wcjcnc Thank you for the quick reply.
$200+ for 5 wrenches... These people are stealing from the working man. GREED
