As an orthopedic pediatric nurse watching this video where this young girl requires both wrists, both ankles and a knee brace to participate in gymnastics, I would seriously consider a rheumatological work up for Ehlers-Danlo or Mixed Connective Tissue disorder. Oh, I am also a former gymnast who now has a few autoimmune issues, just putting it out there because an ounce of prevention goes a long long way. And if I’m completely off base, my apologies
When I tell you I cackled reading this! I have had a few knee problems in my past when I was around 11-13 but the knee brace is a mental thing now because I recently hyperextended my knee, I don't even need it anymore(I forgot which knee I hurt once and wore it on the wrong one for a whole practice) and then the tiger paws are a NEED! they don't seem to be doing anything on vault anymore so I might need to take a look at some of your ideas?
I'm not sure, I did platinum for a while and was meant to go to diamond but it was better for the team if I stayed back, now I'm in highschool and have gotten a lot better, so probably 5-6-7 ish range?

Aww! Thanks! Yeah I only hyperextended it but you know. The acl injury sounds so painful!
