We are priests, brothers, teachers, doctors, missionaries, and men of heart dedicated to living together in prayerful community. I find it interesting that they didn’t show Saint Augustine, as the Black African that he was. There were hidden depictions of him in his truer form. In 2022 the Catholic Church commissioned a statue of him in his truer form.

And that includes Mormons and Muslims and Satanists as well as anyone else.. God can bring anyone to Him that He wishes, yes, including Catholics..
Do not look for outward signs or proof. Do not be insincere in your belief. Do not be skeptical. Your question belies that you are doing all three. It's not a case of "Lord, give me proof or I'm going to be agnostic." It's rather "I'm ready to do your work on earth when you tell me what to do. Meanwhile, I will in humility follow your teaching to Love You with all my heart, and my neighbor as myself." Be consistent and be constant. Mix well, shake, and bake at 325 for the next 30 years. You'll know when you're done.

Uh huh. I prayed to the same guy for over 30 years and... nothing. No bodily feelings. No prayers answered no matter how modest or selfless they were. Explain please, especially since something called my soul is allegedly at risk.
The Bible teaches that God’s ways and timing are not always aligned with our own (Isaiah 55:8-9). Sometimes, what we perceive as unanswered prayers may be a part of a larger plan that we cannot yet understand. Keep the faith in Jesus. Our Mortal years on this earth are nothing when compared to Eternal life. I will pray for you. God bless you.
Personally, I had to want to get to know Him, I did that by reading the Bible, it was my third time trying after always staying at genesis, and also trusting in His Will, bc when I prayed anda asked that I didn't got what I wanted and teied to understood. After I got closer to him learnes he wants the best for us and that Made me trust in Him More aspects of my life bc he knows best, he might want to be part of whatever your asking, and he might be giving you things wothout asking Him bc he knows what you need, just got to see it.
You asked for strength and God gave you difficulties to make you strong. You asked for wisdom and God gave you problems to solve. You asked for courage and God gave you dangers to overcome. You asked for love and God gave you troubled people to help. God is here to guide you. He gave humanity free will for a reason. Now choose. ❤

Hi Father, what’s the reason behind you allowing 2 married man give a reflection after the gospel at mass. Was that part of an infiltration plot or just misjudgment? I have no doubt you know the rules. Gays are called to be loved and accepted but chaste. It is intrinsically disordered per our Magisterium. What happened new priest?

Newly ordained priests yes Augustine is the founder of your order but your model should always be Jesus Christ.
Mary and Augustine is their model of faith and Jesus is their God not a model. In the mass they celebrate Jesus is the center.

As a Filipino Catholic, especially with the recent celebrations of the 500 years of Christianity in our country, I can say that the Augustinian Order had a big impact in shaping the Filipino Catholic Faith, being the first missionaries to arrive in these islands. Until now, the Augustinians' legacy in planting the seeds of the Faith are still felt: in our traditional expressions of piety, culture, arts, music, etc. My parish was founded in 1763 by the Augustinians (although it has been diocesan-administered since) and I presently serve as its organist, also earning my degree in music from the University of San Agustin here in the Philippines. I just randomly stumbled upon this video in CZcams and I want to express my deepest gratitude to the Order for having been a part of my life as a student and as a lay worker in the parish founded by them over 200 years ago. Viva Senor Santo Nino. Viva San Agustin.
