I see Lady Liberty in this commercial, and the first thing I think of immediately is Ghostbusters 2. In that film, they use some of the slime to cover parts of the statue, use a Walkman to charge up the slime with positive music, and then use an NES Advantage to control the statue in order to bring hope to New York City so they can get inside the museum and defeat Vigo.

I need to ask why would I use beer in place of water for the boiling of the brats considering they use natural casings which aren't really (mostly, that is) permeable? Is the beer for flavor of just cool to use, you know, like beer can chicken.

Wrong!. Step one get a beer you like. Step two put it in a pot. Step three put in the brats with onions. Step four cook on low heat. Step five when the fat bursts from the skins take the brats out and put on the grill to char the skin. That is how you make the brats juicy with a melt in your mouth texture but keep that nice bite.

My wife Marilyn and I were born and raised in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin just a stones throw from Johnsonville. I was raised on the brats and now in my 74th year and living in Largo, Florida we can buy Johnsonville Brats in almost all of the major stores like Publix and Walmart and sometimes in Costco. We miss the Sheboygan hard rolls but having Johnsonville brats is really all we need.
