I hope you all enjoy my bird and other nature videos as much as I enjoyed making them. Canadian winters may be cold and (very) long, but they do give us some special gifts, like the chance to help and watch local wildlife. In my "day job", I work as a writer, and I find it very relaxing to watch the birds. My videos are raw and unedited-my truck and trade is writing, and I am terrible at video editing, lol.

It sure is! It's from my daughter's apartment. Once a week, I take my work in and we "work at home" together. The fog can get even worse down by the harbour, but the boat tours go out anyway.She'd gone for a walk down on the waterfront with her husband, and they say this tiki themed boat coming towards them through the fog playing one of those "margaritaville" style songs, lol.

It's been so hot here lately in the daytime ( 36 degrees Celsius today) that we've been going for walks at night. I'm hoping to try this again and see if I can get it to work properly once it's actually dark.
