Founded in 1850, St. Mary of the Assumption Parish is a Roman Catholic Faith Community. Centered and formed by the Eucharist, we seek to learn and live the Gospel and to lovingly grow through service to one another and to all God's people.

And in Islam it was Ishmael who was sacrificed and was the first born and fulfilled the ‘Father of Nations’ promise, ie in the Arab nations.
As ever very thoroughly researched and explained! Also inspiring. As one who has lived among Muslims the comparisons fascinating. In that tradition Isaac volunteers and actively cooperates.
