Tray baked Chicken & veggies
Hey guys!
It's been long since I uploaded my last recipe video. So I am back in action with a new video.
This is one of my favourite weekend dinners along with some movie to watch.

Ingredients-
Chicken drumsticks- 500 gms
Paprika powder- 1 tsp
Dried oregano- 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tbsp
Salt as required
Garlic cloves crushed- 2/3
Butter- 2 tbsp
Olive oil- 1 tbsp
Carrots & sweet potatoes or vegetables of your choice as required
For Bechamel sauce-
Butter- 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves crushed- 2/3
All purpose flour- 1 tbsp
Milk- 1.5 cups
Fresh cream- 1/4 cup
Salt & Pepper as needed
