This worked. Had to power off the soundbar, hold mute and ID SET came up. You are the man 🎉!

My remote does not have the circular button that other people said to use. I used the mute button on my remote and voila! 👏👏👏 I was about to have my remote sent back...omg!!! It finally worked!!! Easy peasy, very thorough and well explained. I'm so happy I feel like rolling on the floor 😅. Thanks again...made my day!

I just really wanted to take a moment so say how thankful I am to you!!!!! I look over countless videos and could not figure it out!!! I have a universal remote to my sound bar as I lost the old one, and NOT ONE person in any other video mentioned to press the mute button to factory reset the sound bar! Every other video has a remote with a large circle directional button and for the life of me I couldn’t figure it out! Thank you Thank you! I was in tears bc I had watched 6 videos trying to figure this out! Now I can tell my husband I fixed it, and know how to if it disconnects!!!! Please continue to make tutorials like this! You’re an awesome awesome teacher!!!!
