Edwin was flying my F6-2 and crashes at the very end in the top of a tall tree, I started to record when he already had the quad already about 10 feet lower than initial crash altitud, still was pretty high as you can see in the footage. Yes it needs only power, but it will transmit the video over the air, so you will need a receiver and display or goggles.

Well, you need an adapter, please search on amazon for SKYDROID FPV Receiver, or FPV receiver for tablet, you can go from there..

Sorry, I guess too late to answer, but I use the Eachine Pro58 with Pirx firmware, as last year was one of the best receiver hardware available. Best receiver per $ you pay.

Well, the main problem with the tarsier is reliability, I guess the V2 is lot better, I don't have the Runcam Hybrid, so can't tell which is better, I can see Runcam Hybrid uses only one card, I like better.
Fried when accidentally connect to 3 cell battery instead of first black wire that's 3.7v I l connected to last black wire that means 11 v

No, you can change the channels with the channel buttons but no OSD.
Thank you. another question if I can: is it a module that I can update or do I have to keep it that way? I see that the USB socket is missing but there is nowhere to solder it. Have you tried soldering the USB socket and updating with Fourius true D software?
You should try ORT antenna
I never tried them, I think they are mainly for receivers, do you use them for VTX?

Thanks!, I would like to do more, but is time consuming, with a SWR meter for 5.8ghz is not 100% like the reality but it's more than enough to trust it, plus my tests are not like actual flying anyways, so far I saw some test using SWR and the results are the same I got with my test and is super fast.

Well, sorry for the delay to respond, but I no longer have it, so far I remember there is noting to do, it will keep the last setting..Plus the FC normally set the VTX configuration you have set, in the case that is not able to save the settings, you should not have problems keeping your last setting.. Did I explain?

Well, the signal is analog, you will need some analog input in your laptop, like some USB video card that is able to convert from analog video to digital, search on amazon for Composite Capture Adapter or usb video adapter with analog input, that will work...
is this gives a good range?
Well, I don't notice any difference, but never donde any test for it... For the best range is better to know the best band/channel for you antennas, that will give the best range for the transmitter/receiver you using.

The best antennas are handmade by Flossmann wlan_antenne in the eBay Store under 5.8 GHz Biquad, new is the 5.8 yagi !!! I have been the biquad on the receiver for years. There is nothing comparable to the price. Absolute tip.

Yes, only difference is 1 wire with FPORT, but is the same thing..
In small rooms 25 mW is better than 200 mW. With 200 mW you have many trouble in your fpv pictures. We testet it.
Nice! Are exposure and WB lockable?
Exposure is not lockable and WB is auto and four other locked modes, only you can lock the WB, for around $50 we cannot ask much, LOL
