No flash photography you'll ruin the shot. Some films today are shot in daylight and made to look like night did thay not have that then.

I know, and I am usually able to tell when they've done so, as you can still see where the sunlight is shining on everything. And it's not new technology at all; it's gotten better over the years but the technique of shooting films in daylight and then darkening it in post-production so it looks like night has been around for 40-something years, if not longer.

Amazing, thank you for posting this. They could have so easily done the bus with CGI, but nope!! They actually built a three story bus, and drove it through the city!! Now that's dedication in anybody's book!!

Yea you can definitely tell the director put a lot of love in this movie, even compared to the other ones something about the 3rd one was so beautiful it will always be my favorite in the series

@@matt1978 Alfonso Cuaron wasn't so keen on CGI and wanted everything to feel authentic. Lots of things such as the giant swinging pendulum and the floating orbs in the room where Lupin teaches Harry the Patronus charm were actual props. And with the Knight Bus, they shot the scene with the cars driving very slowly while the bus drove at normal speed and weaved around the cars. Then in post production, they sped up the film so the cars appeared to be driving at normal speed and the bus driving super dangerously fast, lol!

OMG I remember this night, I live about 20 seconds from here and so attended the filming. It did help of course that the very next day I was going to start work on the film in the creature shop. Oh happy days.... lol

Nice! Any interesting stories you can also tell us from working in the creature shop? How many of the movies did you work on? Did you work on #FantasticBeasts as well? :-)
