i don't know what you mean exactly, if you mean the text pixilation i added the mosaic first then a threshold layer that's why the results change to give us the desired effect.

You can select and expand the selection by few pixels and fill where the text was with generative fill and look for a similar font used in the money

Why I click on 50% gray and nothing happens to the new layer

Around 1:28 how did you make the whole image that colour you just skipped past it?
its the gradient i applied right before i spoke about the foreground color, its confusing now that u mentioned it because i had a copy enabled that's why it didnt show right away 😅
