I really enjoy the mountain biking here, there are some great options to keep you busy! There's definitely a good variety of stuff all about an hour away or so between Canfield Mountain, Beacon Hill, Bernard Peak, Silver Mountain bike park, Beauty Bay area. I will say it can get pretty dry up there and trails can get super dusty. Mountain biking is very seasonal up there, the winters can vary quite a bit so your mtb season can go anywhere from March or April time frame to November or December unless you get into fat biking in the snow ❄️

He hit nothing lol. It's called catching an edge its a snowboard term when the edge of the snowboard digs into the snow causing the snowboard to stop immediately however their body is still moving which causes them catapult forward essentially😂

maps.app.goo.gl/eQdgCHrzwg2RPzzm8 I park here👆 then you'll want to ride the access road/ fire road (you'll usually see a lot of people walking up it) that goes up the to the radio tower. It's about a 1.5 mile fire road climb very steep at parts (there is a way to ride singletrack up some of it but it's hard to explain I would just stick to fire road your first time). And once you get to the tower I start on the trail that goes right by the metal bench you see at 38 seconds in the video

Just checked my Strava, on the way down I was averaging close to 20 mph I would say!
