Not impressed. Nothing on keeping the master cylinder level up, no explanation of the check valve and consequences of bleeding without one. Did not show area on caliper and how to hook up.

My problem with the the steps is similar but what I need to do is go under the steps and hit the motor with the hammer and they'll work for a while I'm thinking the motor needs to be greased just be careful with your hands not getting caught when the steps engage.

Great fix ! only thing is can you forget your steps are down and drive away ? I think you can find replacents for under 20 bucks though

For someone from Maryland who hasn't experienced super harsh winters, it's very interesting to see how locals talk about the weather there. "Warming up to -12" is such a wild statement for someone who has never even seen such cold temperatures! But just like any climate you get used to it, and I'm sure you have lots of experience driving in snow and ice fog. It feels fast to me but in the same way someone from the country would see how I drive in the city where I learned to drive and be surprised

I'm down here in Palmer, always amazed me that one would drive all the way to Alaska to camp in a Walmart parking lot! We go to the Lower 48 in the winter and RV have never camped in a Walmart parking lot!

I have an 8 foot 1.5" steel galvanized pipe for removing stuck lug nuts. I use it as a cheater bar. The wheels are aluminum and over time the aluminum corrodes and the nut seizes to the wheel. OR so I think. I have started to use Anti seize on the nut fce where it meets the rim, and so far no sticking nuts. Using the pipe and a cross wrench it was actually twisting the steel cross wrench shaft. But ths tool is good on the road. And just like it loosens easily, you can also overtighten the nuts, so watch out.
