Return to the violin after 5 months off
zhlĂ©dnutĂ 7KPĆed 2 lety
After 1 year of learning violin, I stopped for 5 months. What's it like going back to it after so much time away? Well... This was filmed back in fall/winter of 2021. Why did I stop playing? We all have our reasons...I was too busy, it's a frustrating instrument to learn (SO MANY SQUEAKS), etc. What matters is picking it back up and continuing. Keep at it, friends. We'll get there. Someday.

Congratulations on your progress!!
a-are you supposed to use a bow?? Iâm a beginner violinist.. how do you play a song .(
At the 7:09 mark, Day 27 there are two distinct orbs of light above you
I simply love you Continue with your violin journey
In the 6 month your haircut is amazing! â€
Omg what's on your violin?? I thought of inventing what I called the "bow bumpers" because my students have trouble keeping their bow straight but I didn't know they already exist
Really good but maybe try using more bowâ€
Do you practice every day though and if so for how long? Im wanting to re-learn the violin but its been like 5 years!
am i the only one who didnt start with pizzicato đ§
Omg I play the violin (4 years nowâ€) and I wanted to write so many hate comments⊠but, you are good!â€đ
What are those stick like things on the violin ? Also you are getting really good keep at it!!! đ
On the fingerboard?
The 1 month. I know how to play that song on piano!
Hello âșïž Can you please tell me, how many hours per day did you practice? And how many days per week? đđ»
Not a good idea of having that bow stopper because u might need to make it a bit quiet and u have to get the bow closer to the finger pad
As a person that plays violin for almost 6 years I can tell that this is one of the most realistic progresses that Iâve seen on CZcams. Very good job đ
I just got a violin and I was wondering if Joe long does it take to break in? Right now itâs not making any soundđ«Łđ
The entire video was fantastically motivating. Thank you so much ma'am. Well, how much time for a student is ok to practice per day??
çčă«äžéăăŠăȘăăŠïŸïŸïŸ
Don't give up, you can do it!
Anything âCovid trendyâ was dumb as fuck, violins are wonderful the whole Covid theater bullshit was retarded
Hello mam can you suggest vioine
As a violinist this is actually great I have been playing for about 3 years and I love to see this! ;)
Saint-Saëns would be proud of that 1 month progress
I started using the bow at my first week, and after a month they thought me the 4th finger WHICH I CANT MASTER đđ
LoOk aT tHat SoUnDdD Had me laughing đđ â€â€â€â€â€â€
Haii, I hab a violin book recommendation , itâs the suzuki bookss. (Am also a suzuki student hehe) I think it would help you a lot imo!!!!đ
What song are you playing at 6 months?
I love wine and one day I am going to learn to play the violin, it is my favorite instrument.
At the end were you play raine's raphsady? đ±đ€©
As a 14 year old whoâs played the violin for 8 years, youâre doing a great job!!! Make sure to keep good habits and form, itâll come to bite you later!!!
Bow straighteners again đ
Haua
I have been doing viola for almost 5 years and you sounded better in 1month then I do lol
Your progress is so inspiring! <3 I'm picking up the violin myself soon and I can only hope to learn as quickly as you Not to sound ignorant, what is that piece you're playing at 7:33 , the one month mark? I've heard it so many times before, but never knew the name Edit: For anyone curious like me, its from Carnival of the Animals- The Swan!
I also started playing in 2020. It definitely is possible to learn a new instrument as an adult
Wait the way you started playing the violin is actually so smart
yo soy la de seis meses y en esos 6 meses aprendiendo a tocar este instrumento,he visto lo difĂcil que es,pero..ME ENCANTA ESTE INSTRUMENTO!!!
Iâm a violinist. I loved the work ethic. You made great progress all by yourself on the hardest instrument in the world to learn properly.
Im 3 years into violin and barley know anything beacuse my new teacher sucks lucky my old one is comin back
her bow grip killed međ
Iâm going into my gtg year playing violin and I hope you enjoy playing as much as I do!â€
