By saying that even if hate was engraved on every nanoangstrom of his circuits, it still wouldn't be enough to describe his hate. He's saying that hate is the one thing that surpasses his programming. Like how us humans feel as if our ambitions, our dreams, our philosophy far surpasses us as a being. AM's hatred far surpasses even his far greater developed mind/circuits. He's a being, who has nothing more to him than hate. For he is simply AM.

Throughout all of his time torturing these people theres one thing ive noticed about AM He hates them because they made him but the people he chose had no part in making him So he doesn't hate them he is ranting to them Without them he would have nothing and if he would be alone he would be in this predicament in the end "I have a mouth, but no one to hear me" He fears being alone which is why he hates them because he cant live without them
