Cost of living in Miami is crazy. In Michigan, metro detroit, you can get a 9,000 sq ft mansion, directly on a popular lake with 2 personal boating docks, 180° waterview, enormous backyard, several yards away from a neighbor, indoor pool & hot tub, 2 kitchens, movie theater, 2 garages, the whole shabang... for around $1.5 million.

Yes I have a 17 yr old son who needs his own space. I really wanted to see the guest house. Anyway, the main house is gorgeous too. Wonderful to see.

Thank you for sharing this very very nice home. This was a little different for me to see the pool in the front of the property. But I am glad this is a property in a great city where the weather is mostly warm all through the year. The kitchen is very nice along with all of the bedrooms settings.
