Samsung dishwasher repair - Normal Light / Express 60 Light Blinking
Broken Water inlet valve & kicked the leak sensor!
The leak was my Samsung dishwasher has been resolved I ordered a new part which was incorrect from Amazon the water inlet valve which has a solenoid of 120 volts power supply, the original Samsung part is 12 volts but is $65 online by switching these parts out you can fix your problem for $12 if you are having the same issue. good luck!

I watched a bunch of videos on fixing the blinking Normal Light...and most seemed to be about moisture in a sensor...so I REFUSED to pay for a fix, on my less than 1 year old dishwasher. Lousy design it would seem. Then it hit me...if this is moisture issue only then I can leave the dishwasher door cracked open and let my air conditioning dry out the moisture. IT WORKED. YES! After a week and a half, I turned the breaker back on, and the dishwasher is now running perfectly.
Just so i dont confuse myself. This is two seperate issues correct? Flashing normal is one, and flashing e60 is the other? Or were they both flashing?
Thank you you just solved my problem pretty sure. Saved me hundreds.
Thank you
Another reason for the light can be TILT. If the washer is titled slightly backward or forward. Undo the screws under the counter and test it out.
Can you send me the link to the right one that worked I seen a link but was confused as to if it was the right one before I ordered it

I’m about ready to tell these people to stick to phones.
Mine ended up being a bad board. Love my Samsung tv's and phone but I'll never buy another Samsung appliance. Samsung microwave only lasted 14 months and their tech support really sucks.
I feel the same way!
Amen. I’ve learned their kitchen appliances suck
@Royal Thurston I ended up asking a reputable repair guy and went with his suggestion. Basically all new appliances suck and he recommended some that suck the least.
@@hazeyfla lmao great
My Samsung DD62-00084A Dishwasher started giving heavy light blinking. Made a bad leak under the dish washer. Found Water Inlet Valve is cracked . I do not recommend Samsung Appliances again.
How did you take apart the valve solenoid
If you mean getting it off the plastic valve part I just pulled and it popped off. The shaft part threads into the main body of the valve.
Was only the normal light flashing or Express 60 light was flashing as well?
Both lights were blinking
Mines only blinking express 60 for some reason
@@paytondobbs3211 mine too, I’ve tried everything. Replaced the water intake valve, cleaned the water drain hose, took off the water drain plug and cleaned it.
@@oscarc.5907 I too only have express 60 blinking. The unit is receiving hot water. I'm thinking it's a faulty temp sensor
This guy gives no links to anything
Didn't think I needed to, just search the water inlet valve on Amazon
Just type water inlet valve into Amazon
Cory? What's the page?
Search Cory Zeisloft for his Samsung repair and has a disassembly of the same part
Thank you brother!

This is the one I bought but I think I had to swap the 120v solenoid with the 12v from the original
