Hello I have a major wifi problem, my wifi keeps disconnecting and reconnecting each 3 minutes and nothing I’ve tried so far that solves the issue, I restarted the router, changed to WiFi from 5G to 2,5, restarted the device, returned it to factory settings I even carried the device to a different WiFi source (friends house) and it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I’ve contacted the support team multiple times with no answer provided. I have 2 android tv boxes which run normally with no issues and 3 or 5 phones, my network and connection speed is amazing and even turning all other devices off and leaving only the projector won’t make a difference, it disconnects and reconnect by itself. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I bought it a week ago and still have not figured out how to use it. I tried everything but it will NOT work with my phone. I connected the projector with our wifi at home and then I connect the projector with my iPhone by Bluetooth. Then I tried mirror projecting Neflix ( we do have an account that allows several screens at the same time), it still will NOT work!
