Those people asking such questions are more concerned about DEI than the productivity and skills of workers. No wonder nothing gets done.
What's the least diverse profession in the country? Chief diversity officer.
Good video for a couple of reasons. If you see any of these questions run. This is not going to be a place where anyone is happy. Or if you think DEI is BS but you want to disrupt this BS from the inside this tells you how to get past these DEI gatekeepers. So good luck at that interview.
I literally left a role after almost three months. Bc they had no training scheduled. Left for a new role that has even more onboarding issues. They didn’t show me step by step how to do anything. By the fourth day of my first week I didn’t even want to get out of bed to go to work. Just to be overwhelmed to the max. I want my old job back that i had before these two roles. I know im not the issue. That companies are just horrible with training and a lot of other things. But im starting to this im the damn problem. This job doesn’t want anyone talking to each other, no cells on desk or can be used, management watches how often u get up to leave the room/bathroom, can’t even eat at ur desk. Feels like prison of some sort. What should i Do !

Can I get into HR with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Human Resources Management degree? I was wondering if it’s possible to get a HR administrative assistant, Recruiter, HR assistant or any entry level job in the HR department.
