zhlédnutí 4,8KPřed 14 dny
For ages, the Comanche people dwelled in the Northern Rockies as a struggling branch of the Shoshone tribe. They endured mistreatment from neighboring tribes and were pushed off their lands, forced to live like peasants. Then, everything changed when they encountered horses. They transformed from underdogs into perhaps the world's top light cavalry force in a short time. They flipped the script...

In the untamed wilderness of West Virginia, where the American frontier was a canvas of endless forests and rugged terrain, there lived a man whose very name struck a chord of fear in the hearts of Native Americans. Snowshoes are not an exclusive invention of native. There are ancient examples from central Asia and Europe. This video requires more research many factual mistakes.
Very interesting 🤔 😂😂❤❤
Exclusion of the Chickasaw as one of the most formidable tribes is a mistake. Known as the Trojans of the Mississippi valley, they never lost in battle. They were the first to defeat a Conquistador kicking DeSoto off their land nearly killing him. The French wanted the Chickasaw eliminated because of their control of the Mississippi and Ohio rivers that prevented linking up Canada with New Orleans. They defeated Iberville and Bienville and the losses sustained were a strong reason for their sale of Louisiana to Jefferson.
Absolutely hate the automated narration. Full stop
Bullshit i hate when your hurt my spirit
Sound was very poor so left
What's with all the artificial scratches on the video? Most annoying!
Not to pour ice water on an interesting video , I think you had better educate the person writing the captions. The Indian tribal names were butchered.
Modern historians fail to mention the savage cruelty, sexual assaulting, and murderous culture and behavior the native tribes of North America. Not to mention the Aztecs, who’s satanic priests were sacrificing 10’s of 1000’s of prisoners of the other tribes. It all was cruel, savage barbarity that had to be stopped. I for one won’t apologize for bringing civilization to the Stone Age savages.
I really like your videos. You are very talented for making these videos. Can you do me a favor. Can you make videos about Native American kidnapping white settlers. I would like stories about Native American captives being kidnapped and assimilated into their tribe. That would be interesting.
The problem is they went civil (a-h, left only, not military, persons, slaves, weak, worthless) NOT military (I-Z, left or right, Capital first Letter or ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, citizens, Officers, week, worth or worthy); and they lived by the Warrior Rule: Lose a War one is given 2 Choices; 1) Death for all or 2) slavery with the possibility of Death; take up Arms then 1) goes into effect;
Nazis firing rockets indiscriminately into major cities killing defenceless civilians. What sort of twisted person would do that, would attempt to justify it. Only a person brainwashed from birth with a death cult, a person with no moral compass, a person worse than a rabied dog.....
WTH Comanche???!!!???!!! Survival is one thing but… the baby sacrifices, gang rapes, torture of the elderly ???!!!??? Are you kidding me? That’s all just DEMONIC. Period! Simply put - no respect for human life.
Glenn Ford Bob Mitchum got his start doing Hop along Cassidy shorts.
There is alot more to the Shoshoni people than this video offers. I think more research needs to be done before making videos like this. From a book i was reading awhile back said that the Shoshoni were the largest and most powerful tribe on the western side of the rocky mountains. They ruled over the plains, other tribes feared them. Any tribe that set foot in the plains was challenged by the Shoshoni's. The reason you dont hear about this is because it happened way back in the early 1700s and further back than that, very little is mentioned about it. An old native american chief from that era talked about it to a reporter or mountain man who documented it. The Bannocks who are mentioned in this video were allies to the Shoshoni tribes. They were also great warriors who fought alongside the Shoshoni's against other tribes. The Bannocks liked to fight and also couldn't be trusted. A lady from the eastern Shoshoni tribe surprised me and told me that the Bannocks were cannibals, thats the first time hearing about that and not sure i really believe it. I watched a video about the plains tribes sign language, and the sign language for the Bannocks in the plains meant "bad lodges or bad camp"
... WHO AND WHAT ARE YOU TO DECIDE WHICH ARE THE TOP 10 ACTORS ...
It seems like our cruise & tomahawk missiles are similar to the V1's the Germans used in WW ll . The only real difference is that they have Gps guidance system. They're only effective with a nuke warhead because they don't carry a big enough conventional explosive payload & they're too slow &;can be easily shot down!!!
For the record there is no such thing as a native American. The pre Columbian people migrated from Asia. There was a population of people here before the Asian migrants. They Asian migrants killed them all and stole their land. As the population of Asian migrants increased they were at a constant state of war, killing entire populations of tribes, stealing land, practicing slavery, murder, genocide, r@pe, and mass murder
I was TAUGHT OXidine,Hunt were Blackfoot named

These Ai narrators suck.
Almost every actor that you mentioned looked up to Bob Steel who was a star in the 20's & 30's & taught some that you mentioned to ride. But you left out so many others that forged the way for others like, again Bob Steel,Gene Autry, Roy Rogers, Tex Ritter, these were huge stars in their era.
Thank you for keeping it honest about how native women were treated by new settlers, in this new world.
Ditch the horses, they came to america with the spanish.
A lot deeper values still exist beyond the sketches spread on line . The people know more than said .
+ Charles Bronson, Stave McQueen, Yule Bryner, Elli Wallach, Lee Van Cleef
Get your facts and photos straight. Error ridden sucks!
I don't think I'd put Randolph Scott up there in the to ten. And it's a shame you left out a legend like Lee Marvin.
Clint Eastwood the all time best. Wayne was a woosh by comparison. Charles Bronson number two.
Wayne was a woosh compared to Eastwood. Clint is the all time best cowboy and his films are magnificent. The spaghetti westerns and Josie Wales are unbeatable.
Adam sandler don't think so ! So .... I recond I invite 'ol Adam to my Pow - Wow ! Yewhhhh' hows

Trust me, anyone who is kind is a GOOD person " I am a native of All nations My blood Is MIXED "
In the old days------you could not blame anyone for what they were, protecting their own interest but these days, we cannot be what we/all were---but see good in good people
I grew up near the San Carlos Apache Reservation. They are a beautiful people and friendly. There history is no longer taught on schools. That is unforgivable.
Several pictures are totally wrong. Chief Dan George for Jay Silverheels? William Holden, George Peppard for Alan Ladd? The War Wagon was made in 1967, NOT 1971, 2 years after Kirk Douglas did In Harm's Way in 1965 with John Wayne. Jerry Lewis wasn't in The Sons of Katie Elder, that was John Wayne and Dean Martin. SMH.
Confusing Mr deeds goes to Town and Mr Smith goes to Washington you guys are lazy and don't do your homework 2 Frank Capra films how you guys managed to screw this up is amazing. 16:05 Mr deeds goes to Washington?????? 16:05
They should have mentioned The Unconquered, The Hanging Tree, Vera Cruz, Northwest Mounted Police, Dallas,The Plainsman, as some of Cooper's best westerns. All of them are my favorite Gary Cooper westerns.
Gary Cooper in high noon should be considered for one of the top five spots the actor in the movie also the westerner 1940, is also a brilliant film with an academy award in it by High noon has 4 Oscar's and won the New York film critics award for Best picture was robbed by The greatest show on Earth CB DeMille should have gotten it for the ten commandments or something else. 5:26
Some mistake the volume of westerns John Wayne was in for purported excellence. He did make a number of very good westerns, but to say he was the no. 1 actor just isn't valid IMHO.
