Sunday Camera Walk with the a7ii
Went out on a blue-hour camera walk to get used to shooting and grading S-Log2. S-Gamut turned my wife's hair green. Lesson learned. Also, I've got a long ways to go on color. This was a quick'n'dirty pass in Premiere's Lumetri panel.

Family Home Evening while not at Home.

We're Family Home Evening Group 1, a bunch of folks from three apartments in Provo, Utah that meet in someone's living room every Monday night to do what grown-up Mormon families do on Monday nights. This is sort of what it looks like. What Family Home Evening is: www.lds.org/topics/family-home-evening Directed, shot, edited, and scored by Mike Henderson.

Edit: Everybody that got roped into this ROCKS. I got in. Shoot me a message for video consulting. You know what to do. My application to BYU's Advertising Program. I like sharing nice things. Music by Pändo and Ryan King. Shot by Mike Henderson on a variety of Canon and Rokinon products. Kudos to Nate Roberts for his excellent Pändo concert videography.
Nice demo.
The lighting looks very good with that camera!
How did you get your hands on a Mark III?
Hey thanks! I used a Canon 5D Mark III for the first two scenes and a Canon 60D for the rest of the shots.
congrats on getting in! what type of camera did you use to achieve that look?
hahaha yea dude gimme some cookies
Like nice job. Way to go Mike!
Any time, Craig, any time. Fun fact: I had a scene with a horse head mask dude written in the script, but then the storm to end all storms happened when I planned to film it and I canned it. It's like it's anti-destiny or something.
Hey Mike, can I borrow a box of cookies?
