I have a 8550 Epson and I already put hippo ink in. It did not put white so can I still print with it? I have a 3850 and I’ve been doing DTF with it with no problem but it has small prints.

Customer Service is not good, spent over $1,000 in products from this guy, he does not answer email, phone or anything. He has a video about raising rollers and adding ink and using cadlink software then creates another video that talks about needing a chip resetter and connecting Ciss. I wish he would create just one video and include the whole process, I feel slighted, I know he said he was overwhelmed with orders but when you dont respond to your customers that are spending their hard earned money, it seems like a money grab just saying.

After watching this video and the other one you made for converting the printer, would this be the only video I should watch to do the conversion?
