I'm a smoker who just stumbled upon this video while typing "heart pain relief". Dear Dr Thanks a lot for your detailed explanation..i am 58 years old male living in Mangalore..five years ago at the age of 53 i underwent angioplasty for mild heart attack and a stent is placed in my heart...all my vital statistics are excellent..like sugar level, BP, cholesterol etc...recently i began HIIT walking with three minutes fast and three minutes slow for 30 minutes every day..for a week or so when i used to walk fast i was getting exhausted at around 2.30 minute or so but used to complete three minutes then walk slowly...as soon as i slowed down the pain will go...then after three minutes of slow walk...again i start walking fast...the pain appears after two minutes or so....and then subsides when i slow down....is this angina pain? please advise

We took an online appointment from this doctor.But he didn’t provide us prescription till now,it’s been more than one month,we tried to contact as much as possible.But we failed to reach him,being in a middle class family and when something happens is so heartbreaking.He also took high fees just for call.There is no fault from our side,but then also we are suffering

Arul is correct. Walk test (climb a small hill or walk uphill on a road)(is similar to climb stairs test) is the simple way I do now. Climb or walk fast. One couldn't do it if there is an angina.

Salam doc. yes that is my problem more than 10yrs you said non cardiac 1 second quick chest pressure/stabb or pain. no other symptoms non smoker not at all. i have gerd acid and buubles in chest. cause my anxiety thinking that it is heart. it last only 1 second flash and go away quickly.
