UK Fair Photos, founded in 2008, is an ongoing project archiving the Fairgrounds of the United Kingdom, with a sprinkle of Theme Parks here & there to show the ever-growing changes of the UK Fairgrounds & Theme/Amusement Parks. Primarily covering the West Midlands area, the page branches out every now & again to further afield events such as Nottingham Goose Fair, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and more.

I remember a few years ago, me and a friend were just like watching this, then the operator says to us, that they're short staffed and need people to help take the ride down, so if course we said yes, and it took us like 5 hours. But it was worth it cos they paid us £50 each and we got a lift home 😂

Nice video, thanks for posting. I was wondering if it was worth making the trip to Brum to ride this but the video shows it's now in a sorry state compared to before refurb. Slow cycle with less swinging than before and it just looks wrong with four seats to an arm. Think I'll pass.
@@tortoise5383 yeah I've been on air before it had it's refurb and it could be super fun with high intensity moments so it's sad to see it's net been brought back to it's former glory.

Great ride but nothing compared to the maelstrom 👍
Certainly get more airtime on maelstrom however they’re pretty hard to compare as one is a theme park ride and this is a travelling ride. It’s the same type of concept, and outward facing swing but they’re very different
