Very helpful but you didn’t say anything about the low and high rate settings. Should low rate be used with Safe On to reduce the sensitivity of the aircraft to the stick movements or dies it not matter? What effect on the flight characteristic’s does low and high rates have, and is any expo built in or are the rates linear in both settings?

Horizon Hobby has been terrible lately. I had a brand new Twin Timber which suffered a catastrophic crash due to a faulty elevator servo. The plane was demolished and all that remained was the esc and a few servos. Horizon said they need me to send the entire airplane back for assessment. Who the hell keeps a bag of broken foam plane parts??!! Never again am I buying a Horizon product.

no need to loosen the slipper clutch nut before its removal. The whole works slides out as one complete assembly so you do not loose your slipper setting.

☠BLACK BARON☠ iMade a Battery Update using the S2200 charger. You can update again and again and again on the charger. After doing so, connecting the G2 battery to a Spektrum Smart Checker, right after, Smart Checker is asking me to update the battery again. iCan only click "yes" because the "no" does not work at all. There is an issue with folks buying new batteries and connecting them to their Spektrum Eco System. There is a "Software Issue" ... Engineers.

My mom bought me this plane and it is so much fun to fly, it is pretty durable and I crashed it 3 times and only one time the plane needed to be fixed which was not hard to fix and it only crashed because I was in higher channels without knowing

I figured it out, if you’re battery is totally dead a regular 5v charger wont work. I found a variable quick charger 5, 9 and 12 v usb charger and it worked it started to charge at 12v and the light turned blue.

Traxxas 1844 servo saver fits it just fine and is better than the arrma one

Good afternoon. Recently I bought one aeroscout S2 RTF with an included DXS. I would like to get one more plane (preferrable in BNF) but since I don t want to spend more than 300 euros I thought I could use the DXS for other planes. From what I know, binding it to other models would require programming and tuning, which is pretty complicated from my point of view. I talked to some HPI racing professionals about this and they told me that all rc planes from horizon (with 6-7 channels) should work just fine only by inserting the battery and turning on the TX. Ideally, I would get a Habu SS 50mm but I am worried I will mess up the controls between the models so a umx timber would be also perfect. Please tell me if that is possible without any out-of-the-box tuning. Thank you in advance.

How to set lvc?

Two years ago I purchased a Smart 2200 11.1 battery and only used it a couple of times. Now it is completely dead. Do they go bad after a period of time. If so...I'm done with these. I don't use the batteries every week.

I need an aileron servo for the Cirrus. The one with the same number on your website is not the same size, it won't fit in the plastic pocket in the wing. The lead is at least twice as long, it's hard enough with the shorter lead in the stock servo to stuff the extra in! Help!
