For a product that is a commerce platform, would you create one vision board for the B2C facing product and one for the Agent facing product? They are essentially different sale channels with similar but varied features. Or would you just create one vision board for the commerce platform as a whole?

We have only one product. But our product teams are currently divided into different product areas based on the user journey. Is it advisable to create vision statement for each product area as well?

Clear as usual (I think it counts toward "Accountability" ;.)) It's a kind of topics that is surfacing more and more. The kind of empowerment that is given to POs is, quite often, not adequate. These kind of behaviors could certainly help, and should be cultivated carefully.

Great stuff. I don't agree the stragegy should be delegated though (if they are working on the same product), I've seen that if you do that the consistency in the product might get lost. Next question of course is what makes a good strategy..

Hi Roman i am very much with you adding never the less another perspective. 1. What if a product needs more then one Scrum Team to develop? A Product Owner is very helpful per Scrum Team, but he can not own the whole Product anymore independent from the scaling Framework. 2. I find it helpful that in this case a Product Owner is very much User focused (User Stories) on how to use eg. but not only (UX) (parts) of the Product and a Product Manager can focus more on the buyer of the product, what is very helpful in B2B may be not so much in B2C Products... Are this meaningful thought's?
