The kit I used was on Amazon and you have to buy the headlight pod and headlights separately. Both are sautvs led headlight. Just look up Polaris Sportsman led headlights and they should come up.

When you pay as much as these cost new. You have the right to be particular.
June 18 2024 -- I literally just bought 2015 KTM 250 Graphics from OmxGraphics for my 2024 Xpro 5 speed flor Yellow frame. Had them change the front plastic to an KTM EXC front plate and I'm planning to do the same thing!!! you beat me to it
My ranger was real hard at first to shift, but I use it at the farm every single day and always in and out of reverse. It’s very easy now, maybe just gotta break it in. I know most don’t use reverse like I do though
@@freedomisntfree_44 it is getting easier for sure!
It's fine until you try to use the hold back going down a steep hill at it comes out of gear and sounds like you are stripping the transmission gears. Crappy machine.
Sorry you’ve had bad luck out of them. Best four wheelers I’ve have ever owned. That’s why i continue to buy them.
Biggest price of junk I had ever had!
@@erikstrass807 well you all probably shouldn’t buy Polaris then lol. What’s great for some might not be great for others.
I just bought a 2024 sportsman 570 hunt edition like 3 months ago.. so far, it has been awesome!. I’ve already put 200 miles on it, just did my first oil change yesterday (pretty easy too).. I really have no complaints. There’s always gonna be haters and haters are everywhere.. but I’ve owned Polaris machines before.. always had decent experiences with them. If you take care of a good machine to begin with, it will take care of you. If you ignore it and neglect it, it will not treat you well.. Just like a woman! 😂 great video! subscribed!
@@Swindy1794 you sir are absolutely correct!
Easy to lose those quick change bits i bet.
What jet size did you used and what needle hole did you use ?
I kept the factory size it came with out of the box and it runs well
Does the 30 fit?
I just bought this bike will be here in a week
What did u take the plug out with
i have this same bike mine is blue and only problems i’ve had with it was carburetor i changed to a mikuni carb and it runs great
i have 1 of these myself if you’ll take the spark arrester out of the exhaust it sounds 100% better
You are helpful rn
Why 😂😂😂😭😭😭
Bc I can that’s why
Man do you know of any skid plates and luggage racks that fit the titan 250. Id like to make mine into a little duel sport without making it look dumb
Where do you buy the graphics
Ebay
why not take out the box and get a cool air intake
Bc I don’t want to risk getting dirt and water up in there with a pod filter. I ride alot of trails
@@brockhunter2021 👍
How’s it holding up so far?
Doing great
@@brockhunter2021Glad to hear, what ac do you have in it? Mine has a window shaker that’s been on for the last 7 years. It’s been acting up a bit but I’m thinking I’ll switch out to the mini splits if it takes a dump. It’s only a 10x20 made out of wood and stucco on the outside. Never got around to painting it so I have yo make some stucco repairs before painting it next month. 😅
@@luissonoma6255 I haven’t put anything in it yet. I built it for a paint booth so ill probably do a mini split as well
What plastic kit do you have what year and what site
Factory plastic. 13-15 ktm sx125. Ebay
I’m gonna buy this exact bike I’m hyped to see other people with it, what’s your least favorite part about the bike, and have you had any concerns or any issues?
No issues at all. I wish they would put a stiffer rear shock on it and a 6th gear bc if you get it out in the road it feels like it need another gear. But all in all I’m very happy with it.
@@brockhunter2021 I heard that you wanna replace the sprockets so you can get a little more speed on the road, thanks for the feedback and I’m glad you’re having fun on it!
@@Blueshirt3 yea pretty much but I’m not gonna mess with it.
What website
What pipe did you get
Sucks.. I was working this past Sunday and and during my shift some scumbags stole my motorcycle.. so this hurts to see in my recommended
Hate to hear that!!! Hopefully you find who did it.
@@brockhunter2021 me too.. it’s been killing me.. so now I’m getting a new one next month. Thank you for responding btw. It’s only up from here
@@brockhunter2021 ps always chain up you motorcycle and put a tracker or two in that thing. I learned the hard way. So much for living in a good area.
Sorry man that's heart breaking
@@plumbherhub1664 so I just got back from court today and it’s been pushed back again till July 2nd and he’ll be paying me back or going to prison. I got a much better motorcycle this month. The “TrailMaster 38EX EFI 300cc” now have 300 miles on it. Thank you for responding
Have you got a video of you removing the safety latch? I’m buying a milwuakee version but I’d imagine it would be the same
Just got the 12 volt 503 3/8 for $94 bucks on Amazon versus Lowes $179 and I love it...just love it thanks for the video❤
Great video!! Are the forks fully adjustable?
No they have air release but no rebound adjustment
I admit I didn’t watch your video but having recently installed a Nibbi on a brand new Templar X pro I would recommend putting your fuel line on your carburetor securing it with good American made hose clamps don’t use those cheap Aluminum ones that strip out before you mount your carburetor the space is so freaking tight you will save yourself at least a half an hour and Many expletives! Good luck they are great carburetors. Don’t overlook the Nibbi ignition for $20 and iridium spark plug you’ll never have to change your spark plug ever again!
When you removed the safety latch, did that stop it from turning off after using it? I'm trying to remove an iPad battery so i need to heat the adhesive but the gun keeps turning itself off after about 20 seconds of use. I have to wait like 5 minutes every time it does that
No it works perfect. It doesn’t shut off until I release the trigger
Does the Nibbi carburetor have a choke? The diagram that I’ve read it calls it the starter system and it doesn’t stay on when pulled. I don’t have any experience with these carburetters but I want to put one on my Xpro. Do these carburetters basically take away the need to use choke?
Yes the nibbi carb comes with a choke that you pull up on the side of the carb. I pulled the plunger out and ran it with my factory hot start on my titan
@@brockhunter2021 Thank you!
That's what I'm talking about!
I just bought the dlx model. Im having issues getting it started out the box. I bought hoping it will help. Very helpful video
That ratchet is the best on the market for sure!!
Is there a difference in performance since the carb change?
It’s more responsive and does have alittle more power. Definitely worth the upgrade
Good to know. I recently got one and would like to make as much power possible on a budget. Thanks
Why does it look small to be a 250
It’s not small. It’s the camera angle making it look like that. Seat height of right at 35 inches. It sets taller than a ttr 225 and the same height of a drz 250
Is this the freak 12v that beats every 12/18-20v out there, including Milwaukee?
best cordless on the market by far currently!
How much is it? Worth the price??
300 with batteries
Thank you!!!
Just ordered this very elusive love dewalt but they need to wake up on marketing either it will be yellow ecosystem for me even if i to slowly wait for products to be released
hell yeah. I have a 1/4 Mac ,and love it. but I really want the dcf 500.
do you know if the anvil from this ratchet will fit the 20V DCF510? i have a DCF510 that comes with 3/8 and 1/2" anvils. i don't really use 1/4", but i was thinking about getting a set of anvil from one of these tools for my 510. thanks!
No they will not fit. I have the dcf 510 as well and the anvil is much bigger
@@brockhunter2021 - Thank you. I have been looking for this answer for a couple hours. Any chance of a short showing this?
😃
Nice review. So the ratchet also comes with that 1/4" hex adapter as well? Cuz i didnt no bout that. Thats pretty sweet. Also was wondering which ratchet is shorter in length from head to front of anvil? Or are they they same? Also i must say i like the idea of the new forward, reverse switch for this new 1 as its like a normal ratchet. The old one was always quite annoying to me if you are in a tight spot and accidentally have the ratchet spinning the wrong way. Also jus cant tell without a tap of the trigger first alot
Thank you. It comes with 1/4-3/8- hex adapter. They are both about the same length. And yes. The forward and reverse switch is in a great spot a lot easier to use like that. I’ve used it everyday since I got it and it’s been doing amazing.
Great video, thanks for sharing your experience with this ratchet
Thank you. I just started making these videos so I’m not very good but I’m trying lol.
Nice video, i've ordered one and am waiting for it too arrive. Looks like i won't be disappointed. 😃
Thanks buddy. And you wont I’m very happy with it! Hope you will be as well.
Very happy with so far! Has very welcome upgrades compared to DeWalt's first ratchets. The speed is perfect and it doesn't stall near as quick. 👍 💯
@@slingin_tires yes I agree!! I’ve used mine everyday and it’s working great!
you don't need check valves, you are trying to make one BIG tank, right? it's fine like you got it.
I ran check valves to be on the safe side but your right I don’t think I needed them
@@brockhunter2021you need them.
@@Jp75402 I’ve had them both on check valves for almost 2 years.
I just bought one of these but it doesnt work. Just keeps displaying a 23 on the thermostat readout. Is that the temp. or some sort of error code? There is nothing in the manual. Thanks.
So why are you running them as essentially parallel? The lines can only “take” so much pressure, so it’s not like any line needs both going at once, ever, kinda. I didn’t see a description of your intent in your description. But I assume it’s to get more CFM without going to a bigger horsepower compressor motors. It certainly wasn’t because of price or space, cause you obviously just spent at least $1500 on that pair, at least. And space wise, your setup is easily taking up MORE space than an average commercial shop set-up. I’m doing a garage setup, and I don’t like to disturb my neighbors or my family too much. Especially since I prefer to get deep into the work late at night when people are least likely to interrupt my Zenned out paint and body evolutionary experience. Sometimes dotted with cursing and throwing the odd tool, but that’s very rare. And when I say Zen, I mean seriously absorbing this thing to beat the odds and gain the ability to take care of my friends and family’s vehicles when they get cosmetic issues. And I thought I knew a lot about auto body and paint a year ago. I know plenty about repair, and I’ve done tons of “touch-ups”, and have realized that the ones which turned out well were straight up luck. This is defiantly a skill set where cutting corners and “work-around” dint really exist. Besides the obvious need for meticulous cleaning of the space, and full- tilt decontamination of all potential sources of petroleum or silicon based materials, even old previously opened oil containers or a bottle of polish, unopened, can be risky. That’s what the veteran at my local paint supply said. They said that residue left on the bottle or anywhere in the space can become airborne at any given time, mostly because of the new temp variations and airflow. Since we would never be able to trace these particles in real time, we can only see the evidence of contamination in the form of fisheyes, on what was the cleanest panel you’ve ever seen just before paint. And that’s the problem. There are so many variables that you really have to push hard to deal with every issue if you are gonna have any real chance of getting the results you want from yourself. For example, I’ve painted the hood of my mom’s ML320 with Mercedes 040 Black………so many times I truly lost count. Maybe twenty times, with the fifth time being the LAST TIME, I guaranteed my self. Anyway, I’ve learned a lot. To mitigate orange peel, airflow and mix has got to be dead-on, and also consistent. Even though it SEEMS like the air gun is getting 25psi for twenty minutes straight, it is not, when you have a 2 hp, 5 gallon compressor. So I decided to use my original smaller comp to keep the new bigger one “topped off”, and I still can’t tell how effective the result has been. I have the big one as the one for the paint gun, it’s 26 gallons, and the little one is like 7 gallons and 1.5 hp. I have the regulators on the pumps set so that when the big one falls below a certain pressure, the other one kicks in, “thinking” that the bigger one is a “tool” in need of more air. But the variables of compressed air are too much to really figure my resist.
Be aware guys, these suckers pull A LOT of oxygen!!.....I have a commercial 4-Gas meter, and after 15 minutes, oxygen dips to 20.3%(19.5 is threshold for safety)...and Carbon Monoxide was floating around 10ppm(no big deal) but it took a Long time to clear out!(CO tends to sit low like that, then Quickly Peaks, and then it's Deadly).....but I had the door about 1-foot open too!....granted I was in a 2-car garage, so this heater is Overkill, but just want people to be aware of How much air they can displace!! You definitely need some good air flow.
Thanks for the info man. I do have a carbon monoxide detector. I would recommend everyone getting one.
Thanks for info , I just bought one
10-2 wire is only rated for 30 amps. You need #6 wire to meet code. You don’t need check valves on the tank outlets. It will work just fine without them.
From what I've read this compressor is only running at 15 amps and around 28 on start up. I did go back and run another 10/2 wire for each compressor running off 2 separate 30 amp breakers. And I did put check valves in just to be on the safe side so one isn't pumping into the other and vice versa.
Great job! nice and neat. I can't find the check valves let's see when finished.
Thank you! I got the check valves at lowes. I'll make a follow up video soon.
Why do you need so much air volume???
I own a body shop and with a couple Da sanders running it will drain a tank quick
