We live in Killeen (also in the hill country)...but frequent Fredericksburg a few times a year. We celebrated our parent's 50th Anniversary at a place outside town. (They just celebrated their 65th anniversary in August, so granted...it's been a few years!) Nice to hear a physician discussing the effects of inflammation on the body!

Instead of trying to get into Dr Shaw I used Balcones and have actually gotten worse . Not because of bad doctors but because they keep leaving . 3 different doctors in 3 months and none seem to acknowledge that I am a 40 year old stroke survivor ,left with hemiplegia and that the profound cervical stenosis from c-4 to c-7 did permanent damage that causes horrible pain but I still want to learn how to function . A Lupus patient too so I just want to live life to the fullest with less pain before my time comes .
