    Hi I have an issue where I have multiple tabs in the linked supplemental feed google sheet. I want the supplemental feed to take data from specific tab inside the sheet, currently google is picking from the 1st tab which is not the right one. How can i do it. Mine is merchent center next.

      Only keep those fields in the supplemental feed that you want Google to pick up. Delete the rest from supplemental feed, that’s the whole point of a supplemental feed.

    Hi I have a few questions 1. I recently got an ad account which has couple of Pmax running they are doing well but the targeting Geo is limited while the orders are pan india. If i make the change in the campaign level does the campaigns start from scratch? 2. And in Pmax campaign I have 2 listing groups based on spend group A is having high spends at 3.3 ROAS at 0.27% CVR, listing group B have better ROAS than this but spend is almost 50% of listing A also have high CVR. What do u do in this case. My theory is group A has potential to scale so it's taking more spends while other isn't. But nonetheless I'm profitable. 3. People say if u have best performing products group it in other campaign and scale. But I have different opinion - why disturb something that's working instead isolate the ones not working and run it. What is your opinion. 4. My GMC shows my feed is using CONTENT API. But the shopify store also have simprosys linked to GMC how can I check which is sending data to feed. 5. How can I go about optimizing my google category selection, My pmax is more optimized to home&garden where I'm getting more orders but ideally my products is not that it's gifts but I can see which subcategory it's linking to. Can i use this subcategory which Pmax are spending on to change this 6. Which one you prefer Using SEO rich title or default for shopping campaigns It will be really helpful to me if you can share your knowledge on this

      We have hired enough number of interns at the moment and it will be announced if we need more. Though, we hire only those with deep understanding of Google Ads for internship. We do not teach Google Ads during the internship. So if you’d like to refer someone, encourage them learn Google Ads really well before they apply for internship.

      Great question: you can create portfolio bid and apply it to only one campaign. Even if the budget it shared, its shared on campaign only. Give it a spin and see.

      Hi, this usually happens if you try to run Google Ads to one domain from two or more accounts. Besides your website content, redirects if any etc can also cause a problem. Try speaking to support and see if they can give you any specific reason. We can take a look but we charge a fee of $499.

      I don’t think there is an option to change the date but when you generate the report it should be for the last 30 days. Use a different sheet and remember to select a campaign from the dropdown in the sheet.

      It depends : You can scale with tCPA or tROAS, provided you find the sweetspot. We have not tested reducing daily budget on PMax strategy.

    We were hit with Compromised Site then suspended for circumventing system two days later. We removed third party web analytics app (LuckyOrange) , and we removed polyfill JS script. Google will not provide the malicious link and we don't know what to do. Can you help?

    how come then conversions by conversion time shows decimal as well? for all conversion columns it's understandable - it might be that some of the conversions were attributed to some clicks outside of the selected date range. But why conversion by conversion time shows decimals as well? it is supposed to show the conversion count for the date of the code firing on site, not ad interaction. there is no 'window' here, the numbers must be whole for that column, but yet they are not. Could you explain that if possible? Thanks!

      whats more, google ads help center article specifically mentions 'conversions, all conversions, and cross-device conversions' columns, as possible places where you can see decimal places due to attribution model selected. No conversions by conversion time, which is understandable because that would be illogical. why then the decimals are there anyway? counting bug?

      @@GuidedPPC thats true for all conversions column, not conversion by conversion time - in the first one you check ad interaction which makes sense - there might be a 0.5 conversion attributed to a click outside the selected range. For conversion by conversion time column this logic doesnt apply - we are not counting ads interactions that lead to conversions, but 'actual' conversions - that is amount of time conversion code fired in the selected range. you cant fire a conversion 'half' times right? you either fire it or not. unless, in our theoretical case, the attribution model takes into account other sources, not only google ads. that would mean the attribution spreads not only between ad clicks/keywords etc, but also checks other clicks like social media/bing ads etc and ommits them in reporting. that however would be contradictory to any documentation on how attribution model works

    hi you are a great expert in google ads, but if you do make different thumbnail templates for all of your videos then views on your videos can increase because Google can recognise that you have used the same design template for thumbnail. Also find better long keywords for videos in CZcams keyword research tool to increase views on your amazing videos. You can apply the points on your past videos also

    Hi santosh, how do you calculate CAC and nCAC before running a campaign. how do we know before running ads whether the new customers we get is a profitable or not? thanks for the great videos.

      Hi Umair, I do not think there is any difference in CAC and nCAC because every customer that is acquired is essentially a new customer and therefore calculating CAC is as straightforward as dividing the total cost by total number of customers acquired during the given date range. Hope this helps.

      Hi Umair, I do not think there is any difference in CAC and nCAC because every customer that is acquired is essentially a new customer and therefore calculating CAC is as straightforward as dividing the total cost by total number of customers acquired during the given date range. Also you can’t calculate CAC before running the campaign though you can estimate target CAC by taking into account the LTV and repeat rate. Hope this helps.
