      Radish. Chinese sausage, dried shrimp. Rice flour, water, vegetable oil, sauteed sausage & shrimp a few minutes. Add hot water, shredded radish, stir fry, add cornstarch, oyster sauce. Mix batter till soften, scoop into pan, steam for about 5-10 minutes, set cool before slicing. Pan fry & serve.

    Salt & tapioca on meat while in the mixer for minutes Cornstarch, ginger, salt, sugar, white pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil combine everything then mixed for couple of minutes..be patient enough to mix all the engri..20-40mins..hope this will help u guys
