Keep them in your gym bag, wrap them in an old sock or a towel you can get creative. I roll mine up like this and put them in my gym bag where they can’t move about much. I’ve never had them unroll themselves before it’s not an issue.

Nah mate only every once in a while I’ll decide to iron them maybe 3 times a year or something just because I enjoy the feeling of crisp ironed wraps. But there’s no need to iron them if you hang them up to dry properly after they’ve been washed and let them dangle without being tangled. Also helps a lot if you put your wraps into a washing machine bag/net (ones that women put bras in) that prevents your wraps from getting tangled and mixed with the rest of your clothes when the machine spins, try it mate the nets only cost about £1 and they are a real game changer.

Nah mate that is the case for me, I have wide feet and I had to go 1 size up than usual, fit isn’t too long. I think the hyper KO 2 is generally a tight fitting shoe anyway so I’d recommend getting 1 size up. Hope that helps.

Totaly depends how much face coverage you want, if you want lots of coverage and protection for your nose then go for the L like myself. but if youd prefer a more open face style then go for the M, the M will deffinately be much more tight fitting and snug to your head with very little slippage. the good thing about winning headgears are the draw strings on the top and back of the head so if you play around with the strings youll likely find the perfect fit for yourself. No two heads are the same shape and size, thats why you need to fit the strings to yourself. if youre in doubt, get the M if you dont have a large head. if people have told you that you have a big head then go for the L

Hi mate my head circumference from my brow is about 56cm and I wear a size L with the strings pulled to the absolute max tightness. It fits snug and tight to my face with the cheek guards giving me lots of coverage to protect my nose. Some people prefer to have the cheek guards more towards the sides of their face leaving their face more exposed, it is just personal preference, but i dont have any issues with visibility having mine fairly closed. The headgears themselves dont become looser with time, the padding becomes slightly less stiff as it moulds to the shape of your head. you can always readjust or tighten the drawstrings. If your head is 57cm I would recommend a size M, then you have more option to adjust the strings instead of having a Large with the strings pulled all the way. Apparently Floyd Mayweather jr and Manny Pacquiao both wear a size M if that gives you any reference. Hope that helps and good luck on your journey.

Hello, it seems like the bottom half of the bag is really hard as if it has sand in it or something and then the upper half is softer to hit so I’m guessing it has normal shredded fabric filling mixed with sand (the sand has fallen to the bottom half of the bag over time). As for the weight, it is pretty heavy considering the size and diameter of the bag itself maybe around 40kgs if I had to guess. The bags of rice I lift at work are 30kg and this punch bag feels considerably heavier than the rice bags. The gloves I’m using are 16oz Winning Gloves. Hope this answers your question 👍
