Late to the game here, but it's a gorgeous instrument. I do hope she develops some chest register (Strangely, even musical theatre singers today are avoiding learning true chest register!) As she grows as an artist, I hope to "see" less technique, and more character!

Bravissimo!!! What a beautiful high baritone voice!!... .such great artistry, technique, and control!! And the piano accompaniment was impeccable and totally embraced the performer!!!
Nice finish on the vocal with "no not tell me who I am". I didn't get a sense that it was sung thru a young boy eyes nor the playfulness on the street car noises movement. Powerful chest voice. Some notes could have been extended. Great articulation. The phrasing by the pianist of the piano transcription was impeccable.

The greatest interpretation I have ever heard. Yijie Shi captures the emotion so perfectly, the desperation is so present in the voice that the listener cannot avoid being moved to tears by this unfolding tragedy.

Vous n'y êtes pas du tout . Présomptueux !! Vous tous. Son interprétation est très très bonne car elle a sa propre signature. Elle le définit comme un vrai "cantanto", pas de bel Canto ici ni baryton verdi mais une immense personnalité. Pour le reste je ne sais pas ce qu'il advient de sa carrière.
