    Hola, ¡Muy bueno!. Muchas gracias. Completamente de acuerdo, ademas de las cuestiones tecnicas hay que tener presente que hoy dia los tiempos improductivos son tan valiosos como los productivos y "perder" tiempo haciendo cambios es una incorrecta decision. Pero hay algo mas, usualmente el Y se produce con pigmento PY13 ( muy comun) y este pigmento en base nitrocelulosa (muy comun) produce tintas con baja tension superficial, tal que imprimir altas luces sobre el Yellow termina en una gran perdida de puntos. Por experiencia, si la tinta es PY13...conviene que el Y sea el ultimo color, en directo o en retroverso.

    We have a new W&H Novoflex II and when printing with 400-500 m/min (1300-1650 Feet per minute) the plates get dirty fast so i have to clean them every 4-5 rolls. When cleaning plates i loose a lot of time and produce less. I worked on a Soma machine before and had no such issues with the same ink, plates and paper. We use water based ink (flint group) and only print on paper. The viscosity is all right and the machine has a very good drying system. Like i said before on the Some there were no issues and could print 3 shifts without any need to clean plates, drying temperature is set to 60 Celsius on both machines. Any idea how to prevent the plates to get dirty so quick?

    • @flexoexpert
      @flexoexpert Před 9 měsíci

      Hello @Pilek01, if I understand correctly, the 2 presses that you mention are not working side-by-side now. There could be different variables involved, but I would start checking the blade metering angle and tip contact area: if ink is flooding over the anilox walls due to hydroplaning it might build up on plate shoulders. There are indeed other aspects to check, including anilox engraving balance, plate surface texture, plate package compression and impression settings... that would require a more analytical approach. Feel free to contact me directly on info@flexo.expert: I can provide measurements and troubleshooting also on site.

    4:36 proprio ieri ho trovato una riga perfetta dritta orizzontale. Unica ipotesi che mi sono fatto è che in qualche maniera inspiegabile l'anilox abbia battuto sulla stecca del rullo porta clicchè, o meglio.. viceversa perché il rulllo anilox sta fermo sul suo posto mentre la stecca ha sempre un po' di lasco in momento di riposo quando il gruppo è fermo.. esempio stampa a 2 colori su machina da 5 gruppi come le mie. Un peccato perché era nuovo.. 180 linee volume 9

    • @flexoexpert
      @flexoexpert Před rokem

      (immagino stampa di cartone ondulato) la stecca non dovrebbe avere alcun movimento quando la camicia è fissata sul cilindro anche quando il gruppo è fermo, non ha senso... peraltro dubito che una stecca di materiale plastico possa rovinare un anilox solo toccandolo. È un anilox ceramico o un meccanico cromato? Visto che lo dovrai rifare, magari il prossimo potresti fare un'incisione meglio bilanciata: quella è inutilmente profonda per quella lineatura.
