WOW!! Very nicely done. *!!! FINALLY !!!* Somebody did a modern home in the Asheville area that didn't turn out looking cheap, cheesy, chintzy or like a (bad) cliche! Some of the interior finishes aren't necessarily my tastes but the home is still beautiful. PERFECT spot for those massive windows and huge walls of glass - they frame those stellar mountain views phenomenally. Is this home for sale or is this just a builders showcase model?

This place is GORGEOUS!!! But (I’m sorry) I just think that both the kitchen and the bathrooms look dated. Maybe they just aren’t my taste, but for quite a bit over $3 million I wouldn’t expect to have to update some major (and majorly expensive) areas. Nor would I expect at over $3 million to STILL have to do work (AND shell out even more $$$) to outfit that 2000 sq ft exterior patio to my liking. At that price point EVERYTHING about the property should be flawlessly done already!
I was thinking the very thing the property is gorgeous but yes I feel that there's those points you mentioned or outdated for that price point and yes you're right it should be flawless!!
