Thanks for the help and the comment, to give my thoughts on these points as well I've tried to put it to words :D I was thinking with the sniper if her moves are upwardly compensated to make up for her missing a turn, seems like she can hit VERY hard with certain attacks, but like you say she is massively destroyed by being moved out of position, likely she after playing some more is actually a weaker unit compared to the axe thrower for example. I had never thought of that one to be honest and it is a very good idea :) I do love using it for Leper though. Changing the speed roll to me makes a ton of sense, the only thing with me that get's kinda wild with that one is when some enemies have like 25 speed or something but I guess that is just a numbers thing since that was very much the same with the base game. 100% agree, those are some items that require you to have much more skill in the game than I do :D I've said a few times with BR here that I'm not the target audience, having only completed the base game twice and never having touched modded content :D They require bigger brain plays than i can do. I know it is, i just find with BR that my Vestal gets outsped on the first round and then if I'm not playing heal tank then I lose someone very quickly, which would be way worse for me. In the base game cause the damage is a little lower i can play it better. Something to get used to and better at for sure. I think i might be doing better slowly :) It always can with DD, i think it's just very hard for someone as new as me to find that thread of preparation, but I'm 100% going to try and make my way through to get to that point. I'm not worried about taking losses at all :D my initial save on base DD was FILLED with graves. My only problem at the moment with retreating is due to me not being used to the game enough, i don't know what is a salvageable situation and when i need to book it, but I will learn for sure.

Oh no that's really early :D Not sure if you figured it out in your attempt but you can farcaster away from Escaton as long as it's on a normal map :)

TBH I did not thought about that. I guess I just assumed farcasters worked like in the regular fight. It was only my 2nd playthrough ever and the first time I "restarted" after I beat the game. However, I found out (after 1 quest fail and 2 carts on 2nd attempt) you can outrun it if you anticipate it coming. He covers probably 1/3 of the map with Escaton. That's how I saved myself from a 2nd quest failure. This challenge of yours of 1 cart = restart is crazy man, specially cause you swap your weapon every time you restart. I've only played with the LBG, and probably wouldn't be able to kill a Great Jagras if I had to use any other weapon. Cheering for you to complete your challenge run man. Pretty sure if you took it on yourself to do it, that means you know you can and will eventually finish it.

Yeah i assumed it as well but thankfully someone in chat had the bright idea to do it. Really good to know that if you just book it you can actually outrun it as well though. Yeah it's pretty rough, but I'm 100% sure that with enough attempts i will manage to get my way through...or at the very least become a LOT better with all of the weapons :D Hopefully you'll be able to watch a victory video for one of these in a few months time :)

Yeah that's a shame, I'm not 100% sure but i think Citra (3ds Emulator) works on a lot more portable devices like phones and potentially various tablets, might be worth having a look into.

Yeah it's a massive shame, at least if Citra manages to make things work properly there might be crossplay between 3ds and PC :)

Hiya Vega, I'm on an Emulator called Citra I'm sorry to say. Wish you all the best in finding people to play with however, it's really hard to do with 3U since it doesn't have any online on the DS :(

The Emulator is called PPSSPP, I'm running a slightly older version of it to allow Huntsterverse which is what allows multiplayer as well.
