Is it wrong for me to put John Prine's "Big Ol' Goofy World (Live)" immediately after this on my mix-CD? :) It was either that or Christine Lavin's "Sensative New-Age Guys", and a little of HER [like this song] goes a long way too. ("That was a fun trip, but WTF am I doing at the Delaware Water Gap?!") I stop now before talking about "this song versus monotropism" [which is a good thing, for me anyway]. :)

This song just gets better every time I listen to it. This album came out 40 years ago and this is still a sparkling jewel of genius. Some of the references require explanation when I force my kids to listen to it, but the core wisdom is as fresh today as it was then.
