Extraordinary!
It looks wow... I left like of my own
It looks wow..... Congratulations
I remember when my brother said that he wore the kiss T-shirt for me rest in peace love Michael
Pat Martino, Wes, and Mark Elf are my favorite guitarists. I think this guy is a good guitarist but mimicking Pat's stance; the way Pat used to stand and twist back and forth, even the interesting way Pat used to float his right hand, sorry I can't get into that. But I understand, I loved Pat too. In my teens back in the 70's I used to parade around with a double neck and wore white clothing like I was John McLaughlin but grew out of that. Great performance though.
do you have any more videos of him?
he even rests his arm in the back of the chair just like Fischer 7:47
Ove Cott Enett is a masterpiece -'Drop the LSD'
This is my type of jazz! Absolutely brilliant!
Love the way that my brother plays guitar.
Loved watching my brother play guitar.
Love watching this vintage video of my brother playing guitar.

Grande del chess, junto a Bobby Fischer
Great gig! I would buy this as a CD.
as a big Martino's fan, i was blown away by this guy.
What an amazing video. So glad i stumbled upon it
Like his version of Take Five
Definitely influenced by Martino.
Thanks for sharing👍🏻
The Scott Denett trio has great quality beyond the technical skills!!!!! To say it shortly: it really swings!!!!!! Everybody can appreciate their sound! This is great Music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like it man. My old man gave some encouraging advice when I was trying break into performing. "Good guitar players are a dime a dozen". I didn't appreciate it at the time but his point was the music business is very tough regardles of how good you are and he was right.
Some nice licks there, brother. Keep doing what makes you happy.
Nice music. However I have never seen water flow upwards before!
Smooth and tasteful!
I like his playing a lot!
Yo....this is dope
Hey! i think you're on to something here - play those octaves with your thumb and get that totally unique sound. wait 'til the people hear that. probably get you a recording contract. (if there are still such things as recording contracts.)
Very good. #rockdellura
great playing man
I was amazed by how great this sounded! You did so good <3
Ever since I've uploaded my 172 videos on You tube (Shane London Jazz Video) where I specifically filmed jazz guitarist in 'Groove Sound', I noticed great interest in other people taking up filming other guitarist too. Live performances are not only entertaining but also educational. Good job. The guitar is new solid body model D'Angelico New York.
I went to high school with this guy. He had all the chops even then.
Fabulous playing amigo
New Subscriber recommended by my partner Hierrito great channel!
These riff head intros drive me mad! There are opposite of what jazz is about! There are boring and repetitive in a very uninteresting way. And, let's drop the thumb, as it gives an unexciting, mellow tone. One of the problems with jazz guitar from the 40s and 50s is that they still viewed the amplified guitar as simply a louder version of acoustic guitar. Well, not even that because Django's sound on acoustic was so much more interesting than the usual American jazz guitar sound from the 40s/50s. It;s amazing how we keep hearing how when the guitar was amplified it enabled guitarist to compete with horn players but until the 60s no jazz guitarist tried to compete but preferred their mellow laid back boring sound.
I hear a good degree of talent here. "Making it" in the jazz venue is very hard to do as it is is such a narrow niche. I would recommend going after the jazz festivals at Cape May and other places. The audiences would appreciate your music there.
Pat Martino is lived
This makes me wanna put the effort into switching from blues to jazz..
thank you man beutifull music keep it up
Yes you guys are awesome and and just very good I enjoyed this

Said to hear about Mr Denett s death. I hope he didn't suffer too much. Anyway his music will remain: he was a very underrated great artist.
Great concert, I enjoyed it a lot. Greetings from Poland :)
I just discovered Scott here and was going to congratulate him but then read that he passed away recently. Well, I'm congratulating him anyway as this is an ace performance! Thanks for the music, Scott.
What a great man.... I would spend time with him some of the greatest conversation.... Rip Mr. L
