Thanks for the comments on my page, I am not very active anymore, lost interest in videoing. Nou that I have a connections to you I have a mercedes SLK R170 1999 and wanted a scanner, was interested in the iCarsoft MB V3 unit bought the 38pin adapter for it. But then saw you reviews of the Launch X431 Elite Pro scanner and what it can do. You seem a reliable guy, and seeing there are so many con artist's on the internet I thought that Amazon link you provided would be possible to trust I ordered the X431 and recieved a used dirty Creader unit, I would like to ask you, did you buy your scanner from that Amazon dealer, and what does it say on your box. I will make a video of the and post it on CZcams, paying over $200 for a use clone is very fustrating, waiting for your reply

The Radio takes 4 AA batteries The reciever feeds of the planes lipo, if flying electric, if flying nitro you do need a separate battery to power reciever and servos

It seems to fly ok, so I did nothing to it What it does do when losing contact with the Transmitter. is put the rudder to one side, so your plane will circle and not fly away

Buy landing gear that's dimensions match the factory gear. Wheel diameter, strut length, unless someone tells us which gear that was. I think the stock receiver can take a servo for flaps, I think that's what that 3 position switch is. But I want flaps AND gear, so I'd need a new receiver for mine. It would be easy to put the gear up to where the original one installs, have retracts in up position and trace around it with a pencil if you can. Probably a dremel tool is best for Carving it out. I don't know how he got the wires to the receiver, but it just matters if you have the gear where it should be relative to CG,and that they're straight with no toe-in or out.

First you outline the retracts, then with a hobby knife cut the foam out as much as possible, be carful not to go through the top of the wing. Smooth all out with a dremmel tool. Then when everything fits nicely, glue in place, useing epoxy or hotglue, be carefule not to apply hotglue on the foam but apply it on the retract. with useing hotglue it might be easier to remove in replacement if needed. If you have the original reciever, there is a extra pins there for the Y cable, You can use the left shoulder switch on the Transmitter

Can I ask you? Have you had any problems with that Mustang? I bought one And after 2 flights it stopped working. They sent me a replacement fuselage which also had a defective receiver board in it

Actually that is not a bad idea, then you can use a Spectrum radio and it will fly even better. But the strange thing is when flying this rudder fault does not matter
