prissy love that's the formal dining room used for special occasions or holidays. The breakfast nook with the table is right next to the kitchen that's the one people use most often.

I agree! I have noticed that it is an optional feature for that builder. Believe it or not, some (only a few) people want the space and not the 2nd vanity...

That piano music is pretty loud and frantic.
I don't know anyone who could live in this house. It's cold, intimidating and has the ambience of a hotel.
Too sterile and cookie-cutter. Can't imagine living there. How many people really need an office?
These days, many people work from home and may have a need for a separate space for work; away from kids and family. Also, with it located near the door, any clients invited over don't have to walk through your house in order to conduct business. It's really the best of both worlds. Awesome job, Gehan! :)
All those gray and yellow walls! Not my style. More rooms, more cleaning. No thanks.
The first floor looks like a restaurant. Not very inviting.
