You missed the smell of the tap water. It smells just like the pluff mud. And let's be honest about the mud smell, it smells like poo. Not sure how anyone come to "like" that smell but to each their own.

where, near the water isnt a golf mecca? i live in Rhode Island and there are way too many golf(57)courses for such a small state. 48x37 miles.

Don't move here, it's a shit show. Hoh is inconsistent about violations. Amenities are not proportional to the size of the still developing neighborhood. It's tripled in size over the last 2-3 years and yet they still continue to build shitty cookie cutter homes here and expect that to be okay.

You can leave your garage door open if you are working in your garage or if you want to sit in your chairs inside your garage you can do that. the garages must be closed if you are not in it.

Just a suggestion when showing homes. You don't need to be in the frame. Stand behind the camera and film. you can explain without being in the frame. your obstructing the view. I'm going to check out some of the models this November.

I prefer Bluffton, moved here from Nashville in 2022 well the Governors Club in Brentwood. I started in Wexford landed in Colleton River. I just couldn't fathom paying Wexford home prices & fees/HOA etc etc for what you get as opposed to what I paid to get in Colleton Rover along with the lessened fees. I was able to afford a place in Palmetto Bluff as an income property. Bluffton is way better. HHI may have been exclusive 20yrs ago but not the same now as I see it. It's kind of ran down. I prefer Berkeley Hall or Palmetto Bluff over all of the island.

I want to live there.

"Haint Blue" was news to the Ohioans when I asked to paint ou porch ceiling that shade. I'm a native SC girl and the haints and spirits won't come to your house once they see that blue porch ceiling! Beautiful home. Price wasn't mentioned.

Nice video. Lived my life in the Savannah and Low country area. Some of my favorite places Port Royal, St Helena Island and lemon Island, old Beaufort. At one time Beaufort and the Lobeco was full of Tomato farms. They have been replaced with fields of solar panels now. I do need to book a helicopter tour, looks like a lot of fun

David. I absolutely love your videos and we watch them within hours as they come out. One thing though, that flashing light makes looking at the screen hard when your speaking in your office.
