One can point out that little scene with All Might shows a character flaw. As much as he saved the hostages, it's probably not good for other heroes for him to constantly show up before they can put the effort in. Same thing when the Sludge Villain attacked Bakugo, the crowd was more focused on wanting All Might to show up rather than the heroes that were already there.

Growing up without a power, and being surrounded by people like Bakugo who are able to fulfill their dreams, causes a person like Midoriya to have a subconscious lack of self-worth, people like that are drawn to those who are more successful. Midoriya wants to be a great hero like All Might, and the only person he knows with that potential is Bakugo. It ties back to Midoriya's narration, about how dreams can be come reality. Midoriya was blind to All Might's flaws, and the same can be said for how he looks at Bakugo.

Bakugo's always been the strong kid from his neighborhood, so nearly losing his head to Midoriya's punch and seeing other kids that are on par with him and beyond made that inferiority complex come crashing out. Being a perfectionist about everything doesn't help, this is the same kid who refused to visit an arcade during middle school free period because he thought he'd get a criminal record.

Midoriya: "I know the perfect way to make you feel better! I wasn't pretending to be powerless my whole life so you could bully me! Someone gave me a power recently, I can't tell who gave it to me, just know I'll beat you with it one day!" Bakugo: "Think you're funny?" Uraraka: "This is epic."

Really shows how impressed the class was by Midoriya considering they all stayed after school to see him once he regained consciousness, lol.

All Might: "The only one to pass this test is Iida, why?" Yaoyorozu: "A villain team defends the bomb, a hero team disarms the bomb. Midoriya destroyed the building, Bakugo blew up the building, Uraraka threw the building at the bomb, and Iida was the only one actually defending the bomb."

If anything, Janine was the only one that believed in Ava, so the fact that you got mad at her for reacting the same way everyone else does towards Ava is unfair

There's a subtle detail to how Bakugo bullies Midoriya, he's always making a comparison, Bakugo's terribly insecure about something, and thinking Midoriya was acting feeble for 10 years has pushed him over the edge now. The dialogue change also fits that better, since Bakugo spent the entire fight demanding Midoriya to show off.

Cannot eliminate Janine. She’s the best and her character will grown.

Many characters in the series are self-inserts of the creator's own traits. His pervy side went to the little grape boy, and what he considers awesome is with the Bird Boi.

To expand a little further on the "no blinking" rule. The erasure effect remains active even if Aizawa looks away from his target, only blinking cancels it out. Course, being a stealth hero, Aizawa rarely needs to look away since he'd always be focused on a solo enemy. So it still works for crowd control.

Took until he was 15 for a teacher to stop Bakugo from attacking Midoriya.

To expand on All Might's comparison of One For All being like a Torch. He quite literally passed the torch to Midoriya, leaving All Might with just the slowly fading embers. Saying his job will be done one day is true, eventually those embers of power will be no more...

Since Quirks manifest from birth to 4 years old, Midoriya's biggest problem is everyone thinks he's had his power since he was a kid. From Aizawa's perspective, it comes off like Midoriya never bothered to control his super strength. Opposite to Bakugo, who is confused on why the weak kid he bullied for years is suddenly strong.
