Chaos....
Holy cow, Chaos was not the name of the game this week and what a nice change of pace that was! I didn't feel completely overwhelmed this week with a million things I needed to get done and that was a good feeling. I can only handle the complete chaos every so often and it can't last very long or ill go nutty. We do some grocery hauls, some gardening hauls and we do another round of canning this week, canning up my dad's salsa he made! It turned out fantastic too!

Fried green tomatoes! Or chopped up with fried okra! Oh my gosh. Kiddo, I used to garden and can all the time. I miss that. I wound up helping a brother and sister - and my veggies in containers were "neglected". I know - that's awful! And too hot for man, beast or plants. No more big gardens for this ole granny. I'm gonna stick to three raised beds. Eat fresh.

FYI: He is going to his grandpa's house while I am away for vacation. It's even in the caption. My dogs are my children and would never be dropped at a shelter. He knows what it means when I get my luggage out, but he will have a wonderful time with his grandpa!

@@redbricks8587 I’m really glad to hear - my doggie is 14 (he’s also of the bearded types) and I’ve no idea how I’m going to respond to the gaping hole that will be left. Which is why I just cherish every day we have left - although I do feel I don’t cherish them enough at times. Take care 👊
