I was going to purchase this, but after doing research online, found that it’s very difficult to install even if you’re a handy person and what they’re not showing in this video as some have pointed out the placement of the hinge on the door and the cabinet for that matter From what I understand it comes with very little instructions and very hard to understand. It’s unfortunate because they make a good product but I will be going elsewhere to purchase my hinges.

not everyone with understand how you do it without measurements even the one they write on manuals not understand
Obviously this is only a very short video from Blum: the actual installation process is much more involved & is dependant on each installation. Blum can't show all the measurements required in a single 3 minute video, and as each installation is different, with different measurements, it requires the fitter to understand the dimensions etc. We have a 720x1000mm planning sample here - www.hpponline.co.uk/cat/714/blum-aventos-hf. There is also the Easy Assembly app from Blum - www.blum.com/gb/en/services/assembly-adjustment/easy-assembly-app/ - this should help.

What colour re the 2 woods?
Hi, pretty sure they're Natural Halifax Oak H1180 & Tobacco Halifax Oak H1181, as they were decors launched around that time and feature the grain structure/cracks shown in the video. Hope this helps?
Is this designed for a specific thickness of carcass material?
Hi Mark, this simply gives a minimum of 2.5mm clearance from the edge of the drilled hole, so with a 10mm diameter bit, you're looking at a minimum of 15mm carcass thickness. But there's no maximum carcass thickness, as this jig will always be giving you a minimum of 2.5mm from the edge.

I'd like to say it's a Jedi mind trick but it's actually a geared/sprung dampening mechanism that can be adjusted for the weight of the door.
Haha great question. There I was standing in Home Depot thinking of you and your question and cursing myself that I didn't take the time to read the reply. I had 10 of these in hand then put them back after the sales guy talked me out of them because he couldn't explain how they worked either. I didn't want to buy them and not have them do what I wanted! Now I think I'll go back! LOL

Hi, there's no specific reference to these apart from 'white to grey' but guessing they're White Grey, Light Grey, maybe a Cashmere Grey and either a Graphite, Lava or Onyx Grey.

Hi - if you've got a trade account with us you can buy it from us. Or alternatively search online for 'easy corner' or 'corner cabinet storage' for options with local retailers :-)
If the corner is 24"x24", the door opening must also be 24" to make full use of space. But you wont be able to hang 24"x24" worth of stuff on doors. So to use 2`x2` i.e. 4sft of corner space, the adjacent 4sft is underutilised , to me it visually appears to be 50% or 2sft. So out of 8 sft, you can utliise around 6sft. Pretty Good.
