I have a couple of questions the two leads on the back of the controller Do you use both of them ? Sorry I’ve never used unilight before

what prop you using
have the same motor, converted to gas. what prop are u running und what mixture?
it had 17x10, then dropped it to 17x8, could not get it up on the step then converted a ST3000 and that is running a 18x10 Bolly and think it is 15:1 mix. The ST3000 is in the same model (P51) that the 2500 was in. It rips it along very well now.
Nicht vergessen den Holm im Rumpf zu verstärken!! Der Flieger zerlegt sich sonst früher oder später.

when they work!! They dropped the config and I had to factory reset the controller, still need to upload the config and will have to take my desk top PC to the shed to do it.
Did you fly the Fokker with this Zenoah? Or is the plane still waiting for the maiden?
With the Zenoah. Have flown in many times.
@@PeterOZ61 Hi Peter, is the power enough for this Fokker? I'm wondering that some people installed a DLE55 or something similar. I assume it would be by far overpowered with such engines
@@RP-fv3fh because they want to fly like a 3 D style and not like scale.
It’s a WWl bird…. Mine has a DA-35 with plenty of power! People going with bigger engines A:: avoiding lead or B: need the insurance and comforting of having more power. Oh the electric with sound system is cool but to each is own 😊

so many with the dl55 thay over power and dont sound wright i run a 24x8 prop 50% throttle very scale flying and no lead in my plane
i went for the Zenoah 62

I have a landrover discovery, medium to large sized 4WD (SUV).
How much is a airplane like that worth ik the engine is $1,200

marino tsalikos check dimensions and weight. The g38 is a heavy and bulky engine. My spitnis much larger than yours.
Hi Pete,i checked the dimensions,i think your right it is bulky and a bit bigger.I was considering the dle 35 ra but most need 1.3kg added weight,which i don't want to do.

I did though I crashed this 3 years ago and the can muffler was wrecked. Its rebuilt, just need paint and windows refitted.

@@millerrc5829 sorry mate the muffler got destroyed in a crash. The cub is flying again but with just the straight pipes out each cylinder.

What type of retracts are these? Thanks
retract unit are robart, the struts by local company called Custom retracts.
it now has a Zenoah GT-80 twin in it. 7,500 RPM on a 21x12. Not yet test flown
JMI - no longer avaialble though Century Jet have the molds and theirs is essentially the same.
what brand of mustang is this that you are flying? it looks very scale like nice job

This one just shows the model taxing as the wind was gusting about. The other one shows the crash which was just the wind flipping it over.

@stan230 it is a JMI model, CFM acquired the molds some time ago so that is the closest to this now.
Lol for a second I thought it was a full scale.
it had an OS FS-120II pump version. Model crashed on following flight. CG incorrect and it spun in. Got a 96" version on the boards and will be in same scheme
thanks guys, it is one of the old JMI range dating back to late 80s or early 90s. Sadly John Miles of JMI is no longer with us. I also have his 90" Spit MkXII

Cool. I have my TF P40 in the Flying Tigers scheme at the moment. Planning to do a referb over the winter an repaint as an RAF desert Kittyhawk.
